Es werden Hoster angeboten, die in wahrheit überhaupt nicht unterstützt werden. Einer davon ist ddownload. Steht in der Liste als Online man bekommt aber nur "Hoster wird nicht unterstützt" fehlermeldungen. Support angeschrieben, seit 3 Tagen keine Reaktion. Lasst die Finger davon, kein Support, Lockangebote. Das Geld ist weg und keinen Nutzen, schlechtester Multihoster den ich je gesehen habe.

Please save your money. Luckily I just paid for one month. There was not 1 single time I could use it. I paid for nothing. I requested help, but it's been 11 days ago, nothing, no response, nothing. Avoid deepbrid!

Edit: I received an email from Trustpilot that Deepbrid marked my review as fake. Instead of reaching out to me or help me as I issued a ticket for help, Deepbrid is trying to take my review down. I've send an invoice to Trustpilot to verify this review. Again, stay away from Deepbrid!

I wish I had checked the reviews here first this site is definitely a scam no access to premium links and no response from support. Thieves!!

I paid € 30 and became a member for about six months. In all this time I managed to download 10% of the time. The service always says that the hosts are under maintenance or down but if you browse the original site it works perfectly. Customer service doesn't exist. I have written dozens of complaints and it is not even clear if they are read. Don't fall for the scam like I did. I have now requested a refund but if the complaints are not read it will be useless.

Un sito che non serve assolutamente a nulla, tranne che a far perder tempo!! Costantemente "under maintenence" quindi non funzionante. Scrivere non vale la pena perchè non si avra' alcuna risposta. Probabilmente in questi giorni ha chiuso ed i responsabili sono finiti in manette. Evitate quindi perdite di tempo! PESSIMO!!!

Scammer ! Why didn't I read these reviews before? I paid for a premium access yesterday and nothing works. I tried with Katfile, tubobit, rapidgator and uploaded. Each time the same result: "Error: Link dead or filehoster not supported".

I wish that they had a 0 rating. I signed up for the service to use it for Rapidgator. The links never generated and it keeps saying that the service is down. I have created 5 service tickets to aks them questions and to also ask for a refund but they have not responded in over two weeks even though they say they respond every day. This is a scam - do not get caught in it like I did.

Not only does it simply not work, unable to even get a refund. Support requests ignored. Total scam.now 5 months later they’ve asked trustpilot to request my contact details! I’ve provided these but if their support failed to respond to my genuine problem with their non-existent service why do they suddenly care now? I suspect they are trying to get negative reviews cancelled to allow them to fleece more people. Hopefully I’ll be proved wrong. IF it now works and they’ve fixed it. If they make contact and it’s now working I’ll update this review. I’ll not hold my breath though! Oh and no refund was ever issued.

They were quick enough to take my money but ignored my support tickets. The service simply doesn't work. I doubt they will give my money back as there is no support at all. Don't believe their web site its full of fake facts to entice you to pay

No support ! They have no support. I created a ticket four days ago . 
You should whitelist every IP you want to work with.

This website is totally a scam and like all other people, I should have done some research. Anyway, RIP 4.99 Eur. But the question is, how are the still in the market?

Hoster was not down, link was not broken, no reaction on the support ticket.

2 Months and i could maybe download 3 files...

Deepbrid currently tries to delete bad reviews and demanding proof of membership of their service.

WOW, What a fool i am even reading all reviews i just blindly buy the premium service there offers tempts u like 30days +1months the total OFFER sale 2021 is total scam don't fall for that, If u reading this don't give a try like me. RIP 4.99 €
