Constant Filehost Errors and No Refund Given

I joined because I wanted to download from one filehost only. Turns out, after joining, I'd always get an "Error: Filehoster under maintenance" message. Their refund policy is within three days. I requested a refund within that first day. Their initial responses didn't address the problem I was having. Eventually, they decided to completely ignore my requests via both chat and email. After a month, I gave up. I never did get that refund. They kept my money. I really hope deepbrid.com gets shut down for scamming paying customers.

I didn't believe at first

I didn't believe at first, because I was encountering many fake websites. But I give Deepbrid a try and it really works. Thank you deepbrid developers for making this free and works.

It's a life saver!

I have used the downloader and it's a lifesaver. It's the best source I have found so far. The excellent thing is it doesn't redirect us to multiple pages where we have to wait again and again.

(I have only experienced the free version) and
I recommend using it! 👌

My experience with Deepbrid has been…

My experience with Deepbrid has been terrible. They claim to offer refunds under certain conditions, but when you request one, they refuse.

Even Some of their doesn't properly and create issues while generating download links, even when the limit is available.

Their customer support is rude, unhelpful, and closes support tickets without resolving issues.

The reason you've requested a refund is because we don't allow you to use your RDP with our service, when it's clearly prohibited and spelled out in our terms and conditions of use. We've refused to refund you because it's not our fault if you didn't even make the effort to read our rules before getting an account. You're also making up claims that our service doesn't work instead of telling the truth.
