I don't trust this service, becuse the most of the cases I couldn't download anything!!!!!

I’ve had a great experience with DeepBird so far. Easy transaction which’s definitely better than most sites that require you to call your bank or force you to purchase their services through third party. Their prices are very reasonable.
As for the upload and download speeds, I’m extremely pleased with it.

I know this has its flaws, some limits, some downtimes (for single services) and sometime I just need to come back after an hour and it will works.

But very most times it does work as expected.

I rate 5/5 because I consider the price. It's cheaper than any other similar service that does what I need.

Works with and without jdownlader

Depuis que j'utilise ce logiciel , je n'ai eu qu un refus de lien. Je m'en sers regulierement et cela fonctionne tres bien et n'enleve pas la rapidité de la connection

I previously had a bad experience with Deepbrid. I have subscribed for 15 days but nothing worked. I have asked for support, but no one was attending. So, then I called it quits and never again used the service.

After few weeks, I have received a link for the review. So, I did write my experience and even chat for the support. However, before closing the page, someone has replied to my message (chat). He apologized sincerely with the bad experience. Then, to compensate with the service that was not used, he has given me free 15-day subscription to test the service again.

Now, I am using the service, and it is working fine. I was able to download with rapidgator twice today. What I can say is, give them a chance. They seem to be improving their service.

Service doesn’t work. They said they’d process my refund in 24-72 hrs. It’s been over a week and no refund. No reply from customer service. They should be investigated and shut down for fraud.

Avoid!!!!

Paid a yearly subscription. Downloader doesnt work for almost all of major hosts. Support doesnt answer at all to my inquiries. Had to contact paypal to get the refund.

I've been using deepbrid for a few months to download some pretty heavy stuff, today it surprised me because it also integrated rapidgator, I highly recommend it!

While this service is intended to assist with downloading files from Takefile, Rapidgator, or Hotlink, it frequently experiences downtime. (Always-) This unreliability makes it a poor choice for users who need consistent access to these file-hosting services.

On the positive side, download speeds are generally acceptable. (The one that is working-)

If you decide to request a refund, be prepared to wait 3-7 days for a response from customer support. In the absence of a reply within that timeframe, you can initiate a chargeback through your bank (which can take 7-60 days). Keep in mind that a chargeback may require proof that you were unable to use the service and received no response from their support team.

Nitroflare und Rapidgator funktionieren nicht, obwohl angeblich online. Support vor 5 Tagen angeschrieben und noch immer keine Antwort. Zum Glück nur für 14 Tage bezahlt.

Edit: Nach über 1 Monat noch immer keine Antwort, stattdessen wurde ich aufgefordert, meinen Kauf nachzuweisen, da sonst meine Bewertung gelöscht würde

Per scaricare torrent è pessimo e risulta impossibile scaricare da diversi host che teoricamente dovrebbero essere compresi nell'abbonamento (leggasi Takefile e altri). Assistenza inesistente, non perdete tempo ad aprire ticket poiché nessuno risponderà (usanza piuttosto diffusa in questo genere di servizi). Una buona, talvolta ottima, velocità di download da alcuni host non basta a salvare la qualità complessiva del servizio. C'è di meglio là fuori (ad esempio D.....Link).

Ottimo servizio, avevo fatto abbonamento per tre mesi, ne ho aggiulti altri 12 mesi, basta dargli il giusto link da generare e va alla grande, complimenti allo staff di deepbird

Ursprünglich hatte ich vor, auf IcerBox zuzugreifen. Allerdings ist bei IcerBox der maximale Download auf 15 GB / Tag begrenzt. Bei kleineren Dateien gibt es keine Probleme, aber sobald ich versuche, Dateien herunterzuladen, die größer als 1 GB sind, werden die Downloads mit einer Wahrscheinlichkeit von 40% abgebrochen. Die Downloadlinks müssen gegebenenfalls mehrfach neu generiert werden, was dazu führt, dass mein tägliches Download-Limit von 15 GB schnell aufgebraucht ist. Für Dateien ab 2,5 GB werden die Downloadlinks fehlerhaft generiert, sodass sie überhaupt nicht funktionieren. Der Support scheint lediglich auf dem Papier zu existieren. Tatsächlich zweifle ich daran, ob es überhaupt einen funktionierenden Support gibt. Ich habe bereits seit 6 Monaten Beschwerden eingereicht und bislang keine einzige Antwort erhalten, die nicht automatisch generiert wurde.

No funcionan la mayoría de los servidores, y los que funcionan solamente tras intentarlo 10 veces...y compré tres mese porque había un servidor que me interesaba..y no he conseguido bajar nunca nada de él!! La primera queja me contestaron pero ya nunca más lo hicieron. Siempre aparecen como los servidores online y MIENTEN, no va casi ninguno. Remito NO TIRÉIS EL DINERO AQUÍ!

I only chose the 3-day, $4.35 option to try the service out, and I'm glad I did. I also used a service to generate a one-time credit card through Privacy.com, and I recommend that.

I was not able to generate links for anything. As an example, it said the hosting service (Rapidgator) was down, but it wasn't. I was able to download the file straight from Rapidgator .

For the next two links, it said either the link was dead, or the hosting service was not supported. These two additional hosting services were both supported, and the links were not dead. In each case, I was able to download the file straight from each hosting service.

I created a ticket with Deepbrid that was supposed to be answered in 24 hours. It never was, and I can't even access the ticket. Luckily, Privacy.com refunded my money

Kann man nur von abraten. Wenn überhaupt was funktioniert dann sind es es die Filehoster ddownload und katfile, aber auch bei denen bekommt man meistens nur "Filehoster under maintenance on our site" oder "Filehoster not supported".
