As a guy who needs to buy 50 keys I was hoping to save some money by buying from these guys, I only bought 1 CD key to test the waters, this company failed to even deliver on that. I will be finding somewhere else to buy my CD keys. After 2 emails they have blocked my email address, I know this because the automatic responses have stopped coming back. The product instructions for installation did not work. You cannot get and help for software purchased. I recommend using a company other than degitore😞

I bought the "Microsoft Office Professional" from .
Degitore on their website degitore.com The program downloaded and performed perfect. After a few months the program stopped working. I sent an E:Mail
to Degitore. The same day Degitore contacted me by E:Mail with a fix. I added the fix and the Microsoft Office Professional program has not faltered.

I wish I found these reviews prior to purchase. I bought an older copy of a software package. I received the download, but the product ID code does not work. Chat is not available, phone number is no longer in service. they have not returned my email. very scammy

Ordered product keys in the past without a problem. A recent order has gone unfilled, and I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I ordered a product key a week ago, the site says it will be delivered by email in seconds, and I still have not received the key.
Sent 3 emails, with no reply. I tried to call the phone number and it says the number is not assigned.

I would not purchase from this site again.

Fraud! Scam! phone number disconncected.

I purchased Office 2024, had difficulty installing, sent an e-mail requesting help, they responded with the user name and password to get Office 365, but it didn't work, and they have not returned any e-mails since then. They suck, save your money and look elsewhere.

Its scam, I bought MS Office 2024 for windows which never worked. I sent multiple emails but never got any reply.

Product besteld en niets ontvangen, mail verstuurd maar geen reactie. Elders alsnog een code besteld, na 2 dagen pas reactie met een niet werkende licentie. Meerdere malen geld terug gevraagd maar totaal geen reactie, alleen heel veel reclametroep.

Well, at least this was only a $19.99 mistake!! (That is what they are counting on, small enough that people will ignore the scam! Well, I'll blast them on any site that is possible. ;) )
I have to say, I clicked purchase with a cringe on my face!
Bought a "lifetime" 2024 Office Pro on 12/27/24. It stopped working 1/25/2025.
Phone calls go to VM and all my 6 emails have had no response.

I purchased a "lifetime" license for Office 2024 Pro about two weeks ago. Everything was fine until I ran CCleaner which checks for software updates and offers to perform the update which is one of the services they sell in thier Pro product. After updating, my apps are no longer activated which makes sense under the circumstances. I've contacted Degitore support three times and have yet to receive an aknowledgement much less a solution. Truthfully, I can't claim inocence as I was fully aware that the license I was purchasing one of many licenses that are granted for enterprise users that are permitted to purchase multi-user licenses that cost considerably more than single user licenses. This is an abuse ot the terms the Microsoft has in place for these types of licenses. All that said, the bottom line is by purchasing a "lifetime" license Degitore is obligated to honor that contract. They also know a single individual is not willing to spend the money it takes to sue Degitore for violating said contract. The whole reason I went this route was due to the difficulties I had while attempting to use an annual Microsoft 365 license. I couldn't real support from Microsoft either.

I HAVE ORDERED A NUMBER OF ITEMS FROM THIS STORE ONLINE OVER A LONG PERIOD OF MONTHS. NEVER HAD ANY KIND OF PROBLEM WITH ANY ASPECT INCLUDING PURCHASE, PROGRAM, INSTALL, SETUP. FOR ME, THEY WILL STAY ON MY LIST OF TRUSTED TRADERS DESPITE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SHOWN.

I didn't want to even give this place a one star. Why would I give a star t a place that delivers what they promise.
Sure you get a key but it doesn't work.

Don't waste your time and money. Website looks legit and they even give you a key code but good luck getting it to work. And your calls go directly to some voicemail that probably isn't even them. Yet somehow they pop up first when you Google Microsoft products.

Een dag later kreeg ik wel de bestelde codes/inlog. De inlog (via office.com) gaat wel via een mogelijke externe organisatie, want ik geen eigenaar van het office account geworden. Wel kon ik een tweestapverificatie uitvoeren en mijn wachtwoord wijzigen.

Ik vraag mij dus af, in hoeverre koppelingen of bestanden kunnen worden meegelezen/gedownload door een externe partij.

Maar eerlijk is eerlijk.. praktisch werkt het wel..

Got scammed. Paid and never received an activation key.
