A: We are big on customer service and unlike a lot of digital firms have a friendly voice at the end of the phone alongside email. In addition to this we have a vast range of spare parts and what we believe is the best team of engineers in the business. Aftersales is a key part of our company philosophy and any customer of Dellonda can rest assured that they will not only receive great service upfront but also for years to come!

Q: What shipping service do you use?

A: We use a range of couriers depending on what you order. For orders dispatched with DHL or TNT we dispatch all orders received by 4:30pm on a next working day delivery - absolutely free of charge!

The first wine fridge had problems…

The first wine fridge had problems getting to low temperature. An email to Victoria in customer service was all that was required. A replacement was delivered within a couple of days and the original was collected. Great service and product is just what I wanted.

Definitely would recommend Dellonda products and there customer service is excellent with a small issue with the bbq which was resolved within 48 hours and a very big thank you to Victoria with a quick and professional response I would highly recommend anyone to buy their products

Missing part

Inflatable hot tub

Purchased an inflatable hot tub last year, it always had a small leak, when inflating it this year the water is pouring out. They want to charge me £150 to replace the liner. Cannot trust that the new liner from them won’t leak, so have also found them cheaper elsewhere. Will avoid this company in the future. We only used the hot tub a handful of times and it had a mat underneath

It’s disappointing to learn that your hot tub developed a leak.

We would like to clarify that the liners come with a 6-month warranty, which covers manufacturing faults within that period. As your purchase was made over a year ago, the item is unfortunately outside of this warranty coverage, which is why a replacement liner has been offered at a cost.

That said, we always aim to support our customers where we can, and we’re sorry this situation has left you feeling unable to trust our products. Your feedback is important to us, and we will pass this on to our team for review.

Gazebo side walls

Side walls for a Dellonda 3 x 4.5m Pop-Up Gazebo. The gazebo is fine, but the side walls are awful.
1. Material so thin there were signs of wear on the folds straight from the box.
2. Thin velcro at the top edge the only way to attach them. This means they flap around uncontrollably in any sort of breeze. A few eyelets or straps might have been a better idea.
3. The gazebo frame is designed to have slightly splayed legs for stability. The side walls are completely straight and do not fit.

Given that the sidewalls cost over half the purchase price of the actual gazebo I would have expected far better quality. To be frank, they are so badly designed the price is not the issue as they are simply not fit for purpose.

Bought a drinks fridge……

Bought a drinks fridge. Worked well for 18months then stopped. Obviously out of warranty. I thought before I searched for a replacement ( it was a very specific space) I would contact customer service for help. Zena could not have been more helpful. She responded quickly, diagnosed the problem ( with the help of the workshop), organised a replacement part ( we paid but only £10 including postage), sent a YouTube video to show us how to replace the part, was super helpful at all times. Very impressive customer care. Fridge now working again.

I recently logged a fault with an…

I recently logged a fault with an expensive wine fridge which had stopped cooling. The machine was out of the warranty period by a number of months. However Maddie still helped me get the issue resolved in a short space of time, she contacted the warehouse explained the issue I was having then responded with a possible fix, shipped a small part overload protector via DHL. Replacement part was easy to fit, we now have wine fridge is back working just in time for the weekend. Great customer service, no brushing off, just a brilliant service and aftercare you need in life. Thank you.

5 star customer service

I was helped by Zena and she was really great. I didn't know the name of the part I needed and it wasn't on the diagram of spare parts but she worked with me to figure it out and spoke with people in the know to make sure I got what I needed. It feels rare these days to find someone who'll go above and beyond that way so it feels extra amazing. I hope she gets a bonus because she's made me a loyal customer for life for all my kitchen gadgets.

Premium Gazeebo DS168

Purchased a premium gazeebo DS168 from amazon @£225 in 2023 and when unpacking the walls it was stuck together and ripping so needed to be replaced, used for 3 weeks. In 2024 it wasnt used. In 2025 it was up for about 6 weeks, then the top corners gave awat from friction and the poles came through. We dismatled and tried to purchase a replacement roof cover and got told to try in march 2026. Now in March 2026 being told no stock arrived and no planned delivery date, but when i go on the web page they have in stack and candeliver in 3 days. Would not recommend or say its a premium product.

Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you until February 2026, by which time the replacement part had unfortunately gone out of stock.

Recently brought a Gas BBQ

Recently brought a Gas BBQ, had plenty of back ground work before choosing and was enticed by the look and price. So glad I was as delivered in a few days and didn’t take long to assemble and be ready to use. What a change to buy a put together kit that has been machined properly. Highly recommend and customer service is great too
