Mind the scratchy base…otherwise super
My order went well, delivery as expected and the item looks great. One small snag is that the base has an incredibly sharp aluminium ‘tray’ at the rear which was bent on my fridge when it arrived. Not so much that I felt the need to return it, but it scraped / gouged my worktop when I placed it up on the counter…raging! Once I had placed the little felt circles on the rear feet (came with the Fridge) the risk of scrapes was reduced but still there. I’ve had to wrap the edge of the aluminium base with felt to avoid further damage. Other than that it’s a lovely item and cooled down very fast.

Difficult to rate a product I haven't received. Ordered on the 12, shipment confirmed on the 13 and tracking number issued. The tracking number didn't offer a delivery date so I queried the situation with subcold on the 16 and was informed by email there wasn't space on the delivery vehicle the day before (15?) which would be 2 days after I have been informed it has been shipped and apparently it will be loaded on the 17. I was asked to confirm my phone number, (which is already provided correctly by the "shop" app), and I have done so, and at the point of writing this review (17) the delivery status is "awaiting date". I'm not upset but it seems a little pointless asking for feedback on the product at this stage when it is probably still not actually even in transit yet. My beer remains warm .

Excellent Wine Fridge, Great Value and Service
Found Subcold when searching for a replacement wine fridge on Amazon UK.
Liked the look of the products, functionality, good value pricing and fast delivery compared with the other brands on offer there.
Checked out the Subcold website to find out a little more about the company, brand, product range and reviews.
Obtained a 10% offer code for registering and was delighted with the product info, images and subcold's delivery offer.
I buy lots from Amazon, but like to give manufacturers/brands a try when they have a good direct to consumer offer.
Subcold's delivery was excellent - ordered on a Thursday at c 1600, delivered on the Sunday. The product looks even better in reality, easy set-up and quietly got down to the set temperature in no time.
Perfectly chilled wine and fizz - 20 bottle capacity, pleased with our purchase and would recommend giving Subcold a try if you are looking for similar.

Great Customer Service
I bought a Subcold Super 85L drinks fridge last year through Amazon and it arrived via Amazon delivery with a small but deep dent in a side panel, which was Amazon’s deliveries fault, Subcold’s customer service was excellent and asked us to make sure fridge was in full working order and made an offer of a refund, which I accepted. Ive contacted them again recently as i thought the light had stopped working. It hadn’t, they pointed out there is a small switch, which had been turned off without me knowing. They are so quick and reply immediately if you need to contact them. I am very happy with my fridge. It is just the right size for beers and wine for having friends around for drinks. It looks smart and also quiet when on. I would definitely recommend this company.

I bought one last year for my grandson…
I bought one last year for my grandson so this year it’s my granddaughter turn for a sub-cold fridge. They are ideal for children’s bed rooms and they are a very quite unit are sub cold fridges.
