BEWARE OF FACTORING WITH DENIM!!!
Denim has been the worst business decision our company has ever made.
They refuse to pay our carriers for invoices they already purchased from us, and they refuse to advance the money we are legitimately owed. After convincing us to leave our previous factoring company, OTR Solutions, we were hit with a $20,000 early-termination penalty — something we would never have risked had Denim delivered on what they promised.
Operationally, Denim has created complete chaos in our business:
* Our customers are receiving inaccurate invoice details.
* Carriers are getting short paid.
* Carriers are filing on our bond almost every day for invoices that Denim has approved 30+ days before the due dates.
* Duplicate payments are being sent out to carriers.
* Our customers are paying Denim directly, which means we have zero control over when and how carriers will be paid.
On top of that, we were required to pay $5,000 for a McLeod integration, only to receive no meaningful support from Denim when issues arose. They will not assist with corrective actions, they will not address failures on their end, and they take no accountability for the operational damage they have caused.
Our company was stable and not struggling at all before transitioning to Denim. Now, because of their refusal to fund us properly, their failure to pay carriers, and the chaos they have introduced into our operations, Denim is the sole reason we are facing the possibility of shutting down. They have been catastrophic to our cash flow, our reputation with carriers, and our relationships with customers.
If you are considering factoring with Denim, do not make the same mistake we did.

Kory and the Denim team take the time to truly understand our company and tailor their services to meet our specific needs.
One of the standout features of Denim is their seamless integration with our TMS system. This allows us to transmit jobs as soon as we receive all the necessary paperwork from the carrier, and Denim takes care of the rest. This integration has saved us an incredible amount of time and streamlined our operations significantly.

Without a doubt the most Freight Broker friendly factoring company on the planet. Extraordinary customer service. Finger on the pulse of the freight industry. Technology is beyond any I’ve seen in 33 years. Our invoicing process time was cut from 2.5 hours to 12.5 minutes!

Can't wait to use
I haven't had a chance to actually use it, but the people are very kind and helpful. It appears they have thought of every situation when thinking about their customers having to deal with shippers and carriers. Good thing is if I want to provide funding for a job I can, if not it is handled through Denim.

This is the worst factoring company…
This is the worst factoring company ever!!!! You have to do 90% of all of the work. You have to verify the NOA yourself, if a load is not uploaded per there standards you have to reupload it accordingly no communication about the issue at all. Payment is not sent on time. I waited 17 days on a TQL payout. What is the point in a factoring company if you are waiting extended times and doing all of the work yourself? STAY AWAY. There are way better options then this company. The integration is useless you will still have to constantly login to your Denim dashboard no matter what. Undependable and unwilling to update processes to work better with anyone.

First of all Brandon is hands down a great guy, he did everything correct. He was prompt with handling our migration over from our previous factoring company. He was responsive when responding to our questions. My only complaint came from another person who could have made the end of the process a bit more seamless had she just read the email chain. So 5 Stars for Brandon.
