Denman was originally mainland UK based and we at Heard pharmacy use to order directly and provide a large range of hair products in store.
Denman having moved to Northern Ireland have stopped trading with us with a very poor excuse, after 3 decades of supporting this company in the UK!
I would ask the CEO to look into this problem and contact me directly.

Instead of buying a brush from another supplier I decided to buy directly from Denman. The website was easy to use and I quickly found what I wanted. Ordering was straightforward and easy. The two items I ordered arrived in a great time scale, were well packaged and intact. Very easy transaction. I didn't have to contact customer services.

I’m genuinely so impressed with Denman brushes. The selection is amazing — there’s something for every hair type and need — and the product descriptions are actually helpful, so it’s easy to choose the right one. The designs are beautiful too, which is always a bonus.
I have long, straight hair that tangles easily, and brushing it used to be something I genuinely dreaded, especially when it got knotty after washing. Since I started using their paddle brush, it’s been a complete game-changer. It glides through my hair so smoothly and detangles without pulling or causing breakage. What used to feel like a chore is now effortless.
Highly recommend if you struggle with tangles — it’s made such a difference for me.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have had to send numerous emails to Denman UK otherwise I would never have heard from them. I placed an order on the 21st of December, 2024 and the order has still not arrived. When I track the parcel on their website, it has said for 9 days - Waiting to be picked up by the courier which states it is Royal Mail. When I track the parcel on Royal Mail the parcel I am told there is no information and to try tomorrow - this has been the same message for 9 posting days!!
I am pretty disappointed that a company such as Denman UK have not helped me more. It is clear that the order has been lost. Very upsetting and I will never order from Denman UK again. You may be a big company with a big history, but you should be looking after your customers better and giving them a 5 star customer service instead of 0 customer service. I should not have had to keep emailing you to try and get help with this really important order.

Bought a brush from Boots: looks like their D81M Medium Style and Shine Brush.
Expensive rip off! I read that their boar hair brushes were good for fine / oily hair but it’s terrible. It hurts my scalp because of the synthetic bristles. It makes my hair static too. I wouldn’t say it’s any shinier either. I suppose it’s better than nothing though, fine hair gets tangled and greasy so easy, i guess it’s hard to make a decent brush for my fine thin hair :(

After my recent review posted on TRUSTPILOT the 9th February even completing their online form regarding my VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE what l want to tell the public is if you have an issue with DENMAN BRUSHES do not expect any contact from DENMAN

The brush falls apart, bad quality.

I bought one for family member. Unfortunately it got damaged by the hair drier. Driers like Dyson can get very hot. Yet Denman replaced it free of charge. I would definitely recommend these brushes but do take care not to get it too hot.

After each time I use it I see about 10 hairs stuck in the handle, where there is a smal gap between brush and handle. Obviously I try to get my hair on the brush but it's hard to keep the rest of the hair to fly around a bit, and it gets stuck and I loose another 20 hairs again.

It was a lovely relaxed event, led by a very capable instructor, Felicity.

nice brush, doesn't add frizz to my hair. It's for styling but it stills untangles soflty so that's a plus

The brush itself is of good quality as with all their brushes however the rubber on the one I got has changed colour.

Got the d38 brushes after seeing Africanhairgod review on YouTube for detangling curly hair and he was right it's the best brush does the job in half the time my sister and nieces are happy with theirs too .

I wish this brush had existed when I was a child. Memories of my mum dragging a brush through my fine hair, me ducking and wincing, and being told it didn't hurt THAT much! Yes, it did! Many years on I still have fine hair that knots at the slightest excuse and no brush that gets rid of them without a battle. Then I discovered the Denman Tangle Tamer. Oh my days! This is bliss! I can feel the brush gently gliding through my knots and removing them without pulling half my hair out with it. It also doesn't pull my 2a/b wave out which is a bonus. I know it's doing a good job of getting to my scalp as I can feel the prongs. This is, quite simply, heaven in a hairbrush ❤

I'm very new at this whole "curly girl method" and trying to wear my naturally 2a/2b hair wavy but I have found the Denman brush easy to use. I hate scrunching my hair into tangles so I love using this brush!
