This is a scam please don't buy. I paid upfront, they sent the retainers, I sent them back and never heard from them again. I sent multiple emails and never got and answer, no telephone number to call, and now the website is down. Please avoid.

Scam. 4 months and still waiting. Contacted via email and via web form multiple times and not responding. £79.99 wasted. Report to Police and fraud team

SCAM - this is the same as other 1 star reviews. I ordered in December 2023, received an impressions set, returned it and have heard absolutely nothing since, despite trying to contact them multiple times using various methods.

Never received my order.

Tried to contact their customer service multiple times for an update / to get my order refunded and they never responded. Now having to go through my bank to dispute the charge

Horrible experience. Paid up front. Sent back the retainer moulds in December. Haven’t heard from them since. Their lack of response shows what they think of their customers.

Ordered 10th Dec. Sent impression back at Christmas. Nothing back and no contact from my 3 emails to them. Scammed like everyone else has said

Scam. They never delivered my order. No reply. It's been more than a month I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

I ordered lower and upper retainers on 22/12/23. I got a receipt for payment and an order number. That's the last I have heard from them. I have emailed numerous times with absolutely no replies. I am now trying to get money back from my credit card company which could take 3 months. I do not recommend this company it seems they are scammers!!! They just take your money and don't care if it's hurting people...... They are dispicable!!!!! I have now gone with a reputable aligner firm for my retainers... Wishing I'd done this is the first place. But.... They suck you in with there price!!!!!

They seem to have excellent reviews on there web site which just cannot be true after reading all these bad reviews on trust pilot.

Just a scam, takes your money but doesn't bother actually sending you anything. Please do not use this service. I am currently raising a dispute with Natwest to get my money back from these thieving *****. Never replied to any emails either. AVOID

I would give zero's stars if that was an option. Total scam, fake trustpilot rating shown on website. Clearly fake, bank advised they have them down as a white goods company. Needless to say this has been logged as fraud with the bank.

Bought my original retainers through a much more reputable company but was swayed by the price and misleading reviews of this company.

Will be filing a chargeback with the bank and reporting for online fraud.

Same as below- ordered on 14 Dec but the retainers never arrived. No response to emails or the online customer service form. Looks like a scam.

Really bad service. I ordered an upper retainer on 11th December 2023. They sent impressions which arrived 10 days later. I returned them back, I have proof of postage, then nothing. Its now 22nd January, over 5 weeks later , no responses to my emails. They have had £40 from me, and I have nothing to show for it. Terrible service. I feel I have been scammed.

I ordered order number 5835 on 29/11/2023 and have not received my moulds. I have contacted them via their website form or by email 6 times and have had no response. Shocking service.

Fake site. Ignored all emails and no links work. Waste of time, effort and money. Total scam.
