Shame on this company to take advantage on thier products. Overly wouldn't recommend this product. False advertising

My apt .is a secured bldg and unfortunately the directory wasn't working and under maintenance .
when the items were delivered it was left outside the back door .Lucky my neighbor saw it and brought to my apt.
I E-Mailed GLO 7 support team and never got a response instead they ERASE MY COMPLAINT.
BE WARE BUYERS!!!!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM GLO 7 EVER AGAIN...

It is a total scam; they did not deliver product but charged my CC. Please, research the product itself - if you don't want to get skin issues .stay away.
It is a Wuhan, China scam company.

Fake products, please don't buy from this "brand". Product descriptions, videos, still imagry and marketing is false advertising used to bait customers in. Their Customer Service is a joke, extremely defensive, insulting and rude. Not sure if it's AI or a real person responding to emails, either way it's a waste of time. If you're reading this, don't buy from glo7, it's a complete scam. Hope this is helpful. I'll upload photos once my Trustpilot profile is verified.

I ordered My items $106.27, paid express shipping, Nov.8/24 which the company supposedly mailed and had shipped to my city Nov.11/24 but it’s Dec.10/24 and still I have Nothing!
I have since emailed, only for Glo7 to say half my order is cancelled for $59.00?
That’s right just disappeared?
The $76.97 apparently is still being shipped?
Well of course They try to wait over a month, IF You don’t put in a claim with Your bank/Credit Card Company, You get Nothing back at all.
So Make sure You Don’t wait over that time. I put in a claim, and I am hopefully going to get back my money from this SCAM COMPANY.
Never Order Anything from Them Check First.
I looked for Glo7 but there were no reviews. This Should be under GLO7‼️‼️‼️
Of course I didn’t receive any money which I expected, and explained if you don’t put in a request for a refund at your bank which mine was on a Debit Visa within the first 30 days you cannot get a refund and that is what Glo7 does is keep appeasing you past that time period.
Please don’t order from this company it is a SCAM. If you don’t get your items from any company within 15 days email them. If they don’t give you an answer when you can expect delivery put in a refund request immediately.
I lost all my $106.27 from Glo 7 Nov.11/25 Update.

I haven't even received the product, all so when I was paying it was all in NZ dollars it changed at the last minute to Us dollar
so I payed alot more.

I never got my order...no reply from customer service...terrible.

Omg i want a cry right now . I bought $126.00 worth of product and very excited about the wrinkles machine . It took 2 weeks for the product to come them when i get it theirs nothing explaining anything . The machine charger doesn’t even fit the machine it so cheaply made and the face stuff is just Grease in a tube. I ask for a refund so they answered by saying for me to send them a video of the machine and i did now they won’t answer me or email me back. They say on their site we can get a refund by The ups ticket they send . They didn’t send anything for a return . This is all just to get ur money and then run. Please someone has to stop these people . I’m hurt cause i wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with some skin care. Money i saved up for something nice for me. I’m disabled with a rare bone disease so I’m on a fixed income. I really need help if not to get my money back but to alert others about this scam glo7 scam . This is my Genuine experience Thank u

The items I ordered went to the wrong address. Glo7 will not send another package to my adrress, or send me a refund. Glo7 said i needto talk to the delivery company. Does someone think the delivery company, called uniuni, will refund my money? Does someone think uniuni will buy products in my order and send them to me?

BEWARE: If I could give zero I would give zero. I ordered the GLO 7 and never received it. They told me there was no address so then why did they ship it???? They told me to contact USPS to locate it! I still do not have the product nor a credit. This is a scam.

They were lying they took the money but they didint post the item to Me and didint give back my money and didint even answer to any of the emails i Sent them about my money back i wouldnt recommend this company

Honestly, ordered this product nearly a month ago and still in transit in Australia somewhere. Contacted the company and they couldn't careless. If you are going to sell a product from overseas at least have a trustworthy transport company. Happy to pay for express postage but not sure if it would have made any difference. I guess you get what you pay for. 🤷

I have just been gifted the rapid recovery by my sister recently. I absolutely can not recommend the rapid recovery oil enough. It works wonders. Has got rid of lots of scars and blemishes. It also smells amazing and is extremely moisturising to the skin. I wake up and my skin feels so much brighter. I have also purchased the miracle eye balm which is the best eye cream I have yet used.

Good products, good value but ultimately they use Hermes for deliveries so avoid. My other half uses Lookfantastic and Birchbox. Give them a try!

Excellent cream for making your face instant glow

I am so grateful to have come across this page and tried and tested the product - it actually works. I have combination skin which is also very sensitive. I use the oil or the sample of the satin cream with FAB ultra repair cream and they work extremely well together. I am very very excited for the launch of the Glo Satin and I want to thank the lady who made these products! (Sorry I don’t know your name). Not only does it make my skin soft - it glows and gets rid of acne marks/scars. I would recommend this to absolute anybody because it truly works wonders.
