Where do I begin!? Dentordu were absolute professionals! They know their stuff, they behave with complete friendliness, assurance and professionalism and expertise. It is easy to listen to the propaganda that people spread in the UK about Treatment in Turkey, I was sceptical at first but their service has put me completely at ease and to shame for even doubting it.

My dad had a full mouth done. 10 implants and all crowns to make his smile, they look SO NATURAL, they made sure we were happy several times, over several days, have us a chance to test it for a day, they revised over and over until we got it right with so much patience and diligence. They really want to get it right for you. I need to call out his dentist Ahsen and assistant Ceren, always working with a smile, with true patience and commitment and care, and doing what's best for you.

While I was there and saw how amazing their operation is, I decided to get an implant for one missing tooth I had, as well as some fillings done. My dentist Tugba and assistant Sanem, genuinely wanted to care for my teeth, they don't recommend anything that is not necessary and try to preserve as much naturally as they can. That's how you know you are in good and safe hands.

Overall, the transfers, accommodation were IMMACULATE, always on time, fabulous hotel, great location with amenities and eateries and things to do while you're there.

Now I must mention my translator and support assistant throughout the whole thing wonderful Serap. She was absolutely caring, diligent, friendly, and took absolute great care of us. She is always on hand, always very helpful, and with us through every step. She even found an office for me to work in while I was in the clinic and always accommodated as much as she could.

I'm so so so impressed with the service and the quality of the product. They give guarantees and every person I encountered there were either British or German and all echoed my same thoughts. We visited twice as that is what's required for implant treatment and met many different people each time, no one had a single bad word to say. All super impressed. Everyone has been referred by a friend there and so were we and I understand now, because I too will refer this place to anyone who will listen.

I was very nervous about dentist so the experience for me was a big deal. From day one was met with attentive staff and the experience has been excellent would highly recommend. With a special thanks to the team Irem (dentist), Kalin and Ayla.

A friend recommended Dentordu as he had a great experience with them and I have to say he was not wrong. I hated going to the dentist but I can’t wait for my second visit. Everything went like clock work and I was made to feel very welcome. Ayla guided me through getting there and the two translators at the surgery were so nice. I have recommended these lovely people to two of my friends and I am sure when I go back in April they will book too . Check them out , you won’t be disappointed.

I have just completed my dental treatment at DentOrdu. I started my journey in September 2025. This is my journey. I came across DentOrdu on line whilst searching for a dentist who could help me achieve a smile. After months of research I found DentOrdu. I reached out to Eray who is based in the UK. Eray was excellent, he took me through my possible options. I made my first journey in September 2025. Eray helped arrange fights, transfers from the Airport and back and forward daily between the hotel and Dental Clinic. On arrival in Izmir, Turkey the driver was waiting and took me to my hotel. The drivers are so helpful and nothing was an issue. On arrival at the dentist on the first day you meet the team. I was assigned to Serap as my co-ordinator. After initial scans Serap helped with the Doctors to translate what was being said to ensure I fully understood everything. Serap took me through my options and costs with no pressure. The focus is always on the best outcome for the individual and not the money for the clinic. Serap explained different options and helped guide me to the best outcome for me. Serap is an amazing individual and an asset to the business. I left after the first stage of work complete and travelled back to Scotland for 3 months. I returned in January 2026 for 5 days to complete the stage 2 work. Like the first visit everything was seamless and the team were as pleasant, helpful and professional as they were on my first visit. My implants were fitted and I left with a smile on my face for the first time in 20 years. Anyone who is online searching as I was please look no further as I can’t recommend DentOrdu enough. Make the journey and get your smile back.

Having just returned from my treatment at Dentordu ,this was my final treatment, having started my journey last September 25,from the beginning to end my experience was absolutely amazing I felt so well looked after by all the staff ☺️,my treatment consisted of implants and crowns, my wonderful Doctor TUGBA 💐and the lovely SANEM💐 was very attentive to each step ,explaining what was happening and what the next step was,having been really nervous about going to a dentist, they put me at ease straight away 😀, also cannot forget SERAP💐, my translator, nothing was to much trouble a massive thank you SERPA for everything 😊 I will miss you 🥰,and thank you to ERAY my co-ordinator for your guidance 😊 also it was lovely to meet you in person last September 25,I 100% recommend DENTORDU to all my family and friends, if you are thinking about starting your own journey then please visit there clinic, you will be in very safe hands and will not be disappointed 😊, oh not to forget the lovely lady [sorry not got her name],for all tea and coffee you made me 💐,again Thank you dentordu for my beautiful smile 😁XXXX

In all honesty words cannot describe the emotions I felt after the final result…. This clinic has proven that all the process and all procedures I’ve been presented from the beginning , been followed throughout …from competitive price to vip transfers and posh hotel accommodation included , entire team of dentordu clinic are absolutely fantastic and are giving everything for their customers… , I am over the moon with the results and I sincerely want to recommend this clinic to everyone… . My life is changed for good , confidence and health has been restored and looking forward for whatever future might bring in … thank you DENTORDU !!!

​Au début, tout semble parfait : un accueil chaleureux, un ton très familier et des sourires enjôleurs pour vous mettre en confiance. Mais derrière cette façade, la réalité est bien plus sombre.
​Comment peut-on poser cinq implants dans une mâchoire présentant un tel manque osseux ? Est-ce de l’incompétence ou simplement une volonté d’encaisser de l’argent ?
​Lors de mon deuxième rendez-vous, j'ai perdu deux implants. Pour un troisième, ils ont tenté d'en manipuler un autre dans tous les sens pendant deux heures, et ce, sans aucune anesthésie. De patient, je suis devenu un cobaye. Aucune réponse n'est apportée à mes questions ; leur seule priorité était de poser la prothèse fixée, ce qu'ils ont fait. Cependant, je suis perclus de douleurs et ils s'en moquent éperdument : pour eux, le travail est "fait".
​Cela fait quatre mois que je vis dans la souffrance et que mes gencives se rétractent. Malgré l'envoi d'une vidéo montrant l'ampleur des dégâts, ils se sont contentés de changer la prothèse en me répétant que je devais "m'habituer". C’est une véritable boucherie, sans aucun suivi ni aucune explication correcte. Trois mois plus tard, je les appelle pour signaler que la douleur est toujours là. C'est alors que Madame Komurcu, la responsable, m'a froidement annoncé qu'à ce stade, il n'y avait plus rien à faire et que, si je voulais encore échanger avec eux, je devais désormais parler anglais.
​Le suivi est une honte : seul l'argent et les avis positifs comptent à leurs yeux. Suite à la publication de mon avis négatif, ils m'ont immédiatement menacé de poursuites judiciaires pour diffamation. Comprenez bien qu'il n'y a plus rien à faire avec cette entreprise qui essaie de vous détruire psychologiquement après vous avoir détruit physiquement.

From being at home in England to coming over to dentordu it has been a very stress free experience Serap has been amazing as have all the staff here, they are all very welcoming and professional from start to finish.
I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my teeth and will definitely be returning next year for more treatment I would highly recommend coming to this dentist you will not be disappointed ☺️

Best experience ever from start, which was 6 months ago to finish which just happened.
I was here in June and got 13 teeth extracted, 6 implants, sinus lift, membrane and bone graft and at no point in time have I felt any pain or discomfort.
The staff are absolutely amazing from the reception to the dentists doing the work and they couldn’t be more helpful.
I would truly recommend Dentordu to anyone thinking of getting their teeth done. I’m so proud of myself for taking this step and I am absolutely delighted with the end result

Had my teeth done here, best thing I’ve ever done, it’s been a bumpy ride for me as I come alone and was scared, mixed emotions but honestly the staff here have been amazing, my coordinator arranged everything and made everything so easy (Yigit) and staff member (Kalin) has been absolutely amazing!! Ayla my coordinator let me know about transfers from airport and to the clinic for visits. Serap was our English interpreter while in the clinic and everyday everything was explained what I was having done each day. My Dentist Seda was very caring and precise in everything she did.
I would highly recommend going to get any dental treatment done.

From start to finish, the whole situation was stressful and uncomfortable. It started at the airport, where nothing seemed to go smoothly. The staff felt unhelpful, the queues were chaotic, and I was left standing around with no clear instructions. On top of that, I had to deal with an all the men making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Their behaviour felt creepy, and instead of being able to relax after travelling, I felt on edge and unsafe. That’s the last thing anyone wants when they’re already tired.

When I finally got to the hotel, things went from bad to worse. The room was nothing like what was shown or promised. It smelt of fags poorly maintained, and just outright disgusting. The smell, the state of the area , the heat of the room and noise —none of it felt clean or comfortable. It left me feeling uneasy about even staying there. Instead of a place to rest, it felt like another problem to deal with.

Overall, the entire experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below what anyone would expect when travelling. Between the airport issues, the unsafe atmosphere caused by the creepy men, and the shocking condition of the hotel, it’s not something I’d want anyone else to go through.
What made the whole situation even worse was how they responded when I questioned the charges. I had been overcharged compared to the quote I was originally given, and when I brought it up, instead of apologising or trying to sort it out, I was basically told to keep my quote to myself.

That response felt rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It came across as though they didn’t want anyone else hearing what I’d actually been quoted, almost like they were trying to avoid being held accountable.

On top of that, the so-called VIP taxi I paid extra for was nothing like what was advertised. Nothing worked properly, it didn’t feel premium at all, and I felt like I’d wasted my money.

What frustrated me most was how uninterested they seemed in solving any of my concerns. The whole interaction felt like they cared about money and nothing else—not customer service, not honesty, and definitely not making things right.

Just returned from accompanying my adult daughter (Vickie) to Turkey for treatment at Dent Ordu Oral and Dental Health Centre. For obvious reasons I had big concerns. I needn't have worried. The co-ordinator, ( Yigit) the medical team, the owner of the practice and even the various taxi drivers treated her with care and respect. Her treatment to date is ongoing and going well. The clinic team were mindful of her initial nervousness and handled it very professionally. I honestly have to say she had no pain and minimal discomfort. I will be accompanying Vickie when she goes back to the clinic to complete her treatment but I will not have the same worries that us Mothers naturally have.

Just had my 1st visit all staff were absolutely amazing so nice made me feel very comfortable absolutely no pain at all. my coordinator YIGIT was absolutely amazing from day 1 staying in touch with me the whole way through cant wait to come bk for my final visit 😀 Thank you to all staff ive met there this week 😊

Supposed to give you a passport for implants which they withheld. Make sure they dont confuse you . Is two different ones. One for implants and one for crowns. So if you get both make sure you get two
