Great experience, nice staff

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at the clinic for their outstanding professionalism, attentive care, and support throughout every stage of my treatment. I had a dental implant procedure and crowns placed — everything went smoothly and at the highest level.

A very special thank you to Dr. Tugba and her assistant Canan — for their professional hands, incredible patience, and for clearly explaining every step along the way. Thanks to Dr. Tugba’s professionalism, I felt calm and confident during the whole process. The final result exceeded my expectations — I can now smile again without hesitation!

Also, I’d like to mention the warm and well-organized front desk staff — especially the lovely Serap — and the entire clinic team. The atmosphere is truly welcoming, the equipment is modern, and the care is genuinely personalized.

Amazing service from start to finish. Very understanding and kind people who accomodate to each individual’s needs whatever they may be. Couldnt be more happier with the outcome and for a very reasonable price. Life changing for me as they have restored my confidence. 10/10 would highly recommend. Dentordu is a well oiled machine.
My coordinator Serap was excellent, really responsive and always on hand when needed. Nothing was too much effort for her. My dentist (I forget her name) was gentle and friendly.
I have recommended Dentordu to friends and family and may come back next year for more dental treatment.

Extremely happy with our service , staff are very welcoming and friendly , clinic is spotlessly clean at all times , we would highly recommend dentist seda and meltham their work is perfect and they are patient and caring , hulya is very kind and makes you feel comfortable at all times making sure you have enough to drink while at the clinic and our coordinators basak, kalin and serap have been amazing throughout our stay and treatment they are always around to help and make your stay here as good as possible would deffo recommend to all friends and family and will be back in the future thankyou dentordu

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
They were superb from start to finish. From consultation in London, 1st visit in April 2025 through to the end of my 2nd visit at the end of August beginning of September 2025. Serap was absolutely superb. Honestly everything ran so smoothly. Pick up and drop off’s to my hotel (which I chose to pay for separately), dental work absolutely spot on, was given pain killers and never needed them which to me is a compliment to their work and trust me I needed a lot of work to be done.
Staff all very polite and understanding.
Drivers very polite and understanding along with being on time for pick up’s and drop off’s.
Serap is a true asset to the Clinic, Smiling all the time and interacting with everyone (I couldn’t do her job). They took into account my holiday along with the dental works needed.
If ever I or any of my family and friends require dentistry work to be completed, this will be my one and only recommendation.
Clinic clean and hygiene was of the upmost importance. Can not fault at all.

I was extremely stressed and Nervous about getting my Dental Treatment but when I attended the clinic for my first consultation my stress and anxiety was put at ease the staff were extremely pleasant Helpful and thoughtful my treatment was uncomfortable which I expected but I felt very little pain.i would Recommend this Dental practice too all my Friends and colleagues the Treatment and staff were second too None so I would like to give Deserving Praise to my Dentist and all the staff who work at the practice Kind Regards Antony Noble.

Appointments you are picked up and taken in a taxi not far away from hotel and later taken back to hotel. Nothing is a problem. Everything about this company is very professional. Ayla is the best. And I thank her for her special treatment and service. A wonderful person to deal with. Good energy. Very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The lady that mainly sorts out everything as the reception was always so helpful, and when ever asked about anything she was always quick to react, the actual dentist I seen was amazing, always smiling and im happy she was the dentist that looked after me

The way all the treatment ran smoothly due to all the staff at the clinic. The clinic was clean and tidy and the treatment I received was very professional. I feel very good here. And I highly recommend that clinic for the treatments. My coordinator Buse and Serap they helped me for the translation they are so nice and my denstist she is amazing!!! From the UK 🇬🇧. Amazing experience and care. They really know what they are doing and look after your needs. You have a dentist, orthodontist and the lab all in the same place. Tulay has been really caring, helpful and thoughtful throughout. She made my experience very safe as a woman solo travelling from the UK. They were all very warm and welcoming. They explained everything very well to me. My dentist was really impressive and she really knew what she was doing by providing a day-by-day and step-by-step experience. Even when I came back to the UK Tulay was still checking up on me. I am really happy with my new teeth and all of the extra work that has been done for me. I am highly recommending my friends and family as well. Really grateful thank you! 🙏🏾 ☺️

From the initial contact I made with Eray who is UK based to being dropped off at the airport having completed my treatment yesterday everything was 1st class and I am over the moon with the transformation Dentordu have made to my SMILE 😁.
I had to have 2 visits this was to let my mouth heal probably after having some teeth removed and implants inserted 1st visit early Feb, 2nd visit first week in Sept
Contacted Eray initially and within in days I had 2 detailed plans to choose from. When I arrived at the clinic Serap took over and coordinated everything superbly it was seamless nothing was too much trouble.
My dentist Ahsen Yuksel who was abley assisted by Sanem were fantastic so dedicated with exceptional attention to detail they really did work hard and are a credit to Dentordu.
Kemal the driver was also excellent always there promptly.
All in all GREAT JOB by a great Team, Thank you

Having just returned from my visit to DentOrdu,my treatment will be finished in 4 months when I return,wow what can I say,from my first point of contact with Eray,who is excellent really made everything so easy and nothing was to much trouble, also it was lovely to meet with you in person Eray at the clinic,arriving at the clinic was met by my co-ordinator Serap,such a lovely friendly lady,she explained everything to me step by step during my visits,fabulous English,was always there at the end of the phone,every member of the team are super lovely and very very professional, I've always been scared of the dentist, but I looked forward to each of my visits to the clinic, I was so looked after all the time,and with Serap there to explain everything to me,nothing is to much trouble, thank you so much to all the team,I would highly recommend to all my family and friends thinking about having dental treatment Dent ordu is the best 👌
