I went to Dentordu Izmir on the 17th march.

On arrival everything was smooth, picked up from air port, hotel and dental clinic fine.

Straight into it shaving teeth down which was fine minor discomfort. The concerns started straight after this point. The dentist shaved more teeth than they were meant to even though there was nothing wrong or no reason required. A dispute at the end of treatment over the increase bill due to this. I had to pay for the further 4 teeth which had been shaved.

- Dentist are friendly but talk about you to one another in their language.
- Stabbed my lip by accident with needle when going to administer the numbing stuff.
- dropped my full set of vaneers on the floor when going to fitment process.
- After returning home teeth were really sensitive to hot and cold foods or drink. Contacted them and they claimed this would go after 2 months. This is still the case it has got better slightly but not much.
- unable to eat certain food properly due to no strength in front teeth. I’m not sure if this is a normal thing with vaneers

MY BIGGEST CONCERN RIGHT NOW IS MY TEETH ARE ALWAYS BLEEDING RANDOMLY AND ITS LARGE AMOUNTS OF BLOOD.
- when contacted they said pay for the flight and return etc.

Overall my teeth look good but I’m full of regret. I should have got them done in the uk.

Honestly avoid turkey teeth on a whole not just this company.

I have had an amazing experiance from start to finish i would like to thank the team who has made me feel welcome and any issues got delt with straight away, it was very clean and professional i would recommend this to everyone amazing experiance and a extra thankyou to serap for being helpful and sorting my hotel and any issues that i had.

I had a great experience at Dentordu Kalin and serap the clinic coordinators were great I really appreciated them in every way they made this experience so easy. I had crowns put in and honestly I was so scared but the Kalin and serap where there with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Dentordu if you are flying to turkey for any dental work. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of my smile. Thankyou to the whole team and staff and especially Kalin and Serap

It seemed a long time from start to the end but we'll worth it the staff there were 100% great place so clean

My experience at Dentordu Izmir has been amazing from day one back in April when I first started my treatment, From the moment I walked into the dentist the staff have been lovely, especially Serap, who went above and beyond to help me , nothing was ever any trouble for her , so friendly and speaks very good English, I can not say enough about my dentist Irem Karaman , she has worked miracles on me everything she did was always to perfection, am over the moon with my treatment , and would recommend anyone thinking of using this dentist to go ahead and book it you won't be disappointed,many thanks to everyone connected....

Absolutely amazing experience, everyone in the clinic have been lovely, the journey from the start, after my first enquiry, has been great. Basak, my coordinator, was brilliant. She explained everything and kept in touch. Once I got to the clinic, it was a really nice, clean and modern. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. I got 23 zirconium crown and 4 implants. Back in 3 months to get the implants in the back finished off. Very very happy with the results. It’s changed my life.

My experience at Dentordu Dentle Clinic has been outstanding from beginning to end. The implant process was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The entire team has been incredibly supportive and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout — I never felt out of the loop. A heartfelt thank you to Mr Eray coordinator in UK and Serap&Kalin my wonderful coordinator, whose warmth and efficiency truly made the journey seamless. Also I want special thank to Dentist Ahsen and Assistant Sanem they been so professional attention to detail. I have no words to describe about those peoples. It’s amazing I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn’t recommend the clinic more highly!

Je souhaite partager mon expérience afin d'alerter d'autres patients sur le manque de sérieux de cette clinique dentaire
Un plan de traitement n'a été proposé a été mal posé ce qui a entraîné de lourdes conséquences après plusieurs douleurs et complications j'ai consulté un spécialiste qui me confirme que je dois subir une greffe osseuse un acte lourd et coûteux qui aurait pu être évité avec un traitement correctement réalisé dès le départ
Depuis la clinique me fait faire des allers-retours uniquement pour changer ma prothèse alors que ce n'est pas la solution je refuse cette approche superficiel qui ne prends pas en compte la gravité du problème
De plus cette clinique ne dispose pas de chirurgien en poste les chirurgiens sont appelés ponctuellement ce qui complique la coordination des soins
Je déconseille vivement cette clinique à toute personne souhaitant un traitement dentaire sérieux encadré est transparent je recommande fortement de demander plusieurs avis avant de s'engager avec eux..........................................dommage que je ne peux pas vous répondre je peux seulement modifier je vous répondrai sur la page des avis dent ordu .. vu que je n'ai pas de numéro de référence

Mon expérience avec dents ordu attention avant de vous engager je partage ici mon témoignage personnel pour alerter les futurs patients sur la manière dont j'ai été pris en charge par dent ordu. J'ai consulté cette clinique à trois reprises, en ayant été attiré par la promesse d'un suivi médical en Belgique ,qui ne sait jamais concrétiser. A aucun moment je n'ai reçu l'adresse ni le contact pour ce suivi . Malgré des douleurs persistantes signaler dès le départ, la clinique m'a affirmé qu'il n'y avait plus rien à faire et que mes douleurs n'étaient "pas réelles ". À ce jour, je continue à souffrir , et des spécialistes extérieures ont identifié des problèmes qui, selon eux, auraient dû être traité , devis et avis médicaux indépendant à l'appui. Malgré le prix élevé que j'ai payé, je n'ai jamais reçu un traitement complet ni un vrai accompagnement. Je considère aujourd'hui avoir été mal informé insuffisamment soigné, et laisser sans solution. Je refuse désormais tout rendez-vous au contact avec cette clinique, car la confiance est totalement rompue. Je demande un remboursement partiel ou total des sommes versées, proportionnel à l'absence de traitement efficace et non respect des engagements initiaux . Je publie cette avis en toute transparence, avec les éléments concrets à l'appui, pour que chacun puisse faire un choix éclairé. Remarque. Cet avis est personnel, fondé sur des faits réels et documenter. Il ne s'agit pas de nuire gratuitement, mais de défendre mes droits en tant que patient.

What a fantastic journey ive had coming to dentordu twice and the staff have been out of this world, very friendly and professional, kahlin and serap have been my coordinators brilliant. Ahsen carried out my work on my teeth and the transformation is incredible. Im so happy going back to uk with Hollywood smile 😁

I just got my teeth done Thursday last week, I'm really happy with the way they look and how nice everyone was. Serap was really helpful with explaining everything to me also helping me plan and arranging me a driver to take me for days out. Dentordu was so understanding when I told them I didn't want my before and after pictures online.

I literally have no words to express how impressed I am with dentordu from eray organising and quoting to serap looking after me in turkey.... I had 24 zirconium crowns ..
I had 4 teeth out 2 root canals and the procedures were as pain free as they could get it my teeth look amazing as they were in horrendous shape... I would highly recommend these guys and my dentist was professional and a perfectionist as u want when Ur terrified of the dentist.

My partner and I travelled from London to this clinic for our dental crowns, and we were blown away by the level of professionalism and kindness from the entire team. Everyone was friendly and made us feel comfortable from the get-go. I was especially impressed by how gentle and skilled the doctor was during the procedure – filing down the teeth is never fun, but it was done so carefully I barely felt a thing. The clinic is clean, modern, and the results speak for themselves. We’re both so happy with our new smiles. Definitely a 5-star experience – highly recommended to anyone thinking about doing this!

I recommend this clinic with all my heart. I had a complete renovation of my jaws done there. Exactly the removal of the remaining teeth, 12 implants and 24 zirconium teeth. I am incredibly pleased, they made my teeth exactly the same shape as I wanted, from start to finish full professionalism and zero hidden costs and most importantly nothing hurt. I will recommend them every time.
