We love this brand, ive buying from them for years and never had a problem, apart from last week order that unfortunately my order arrived and had a small issue due the printing.
Ive contact them straight away and Max has helped me with the issue and sent another Tshirt without me asking for.
Couldnt believe the efficiency from the Costumer service.
Happy with the outcome and for sure I wont stop purchasing from them x

I think this company is great. With cool designs and artists. I’ve gotten quite a few shirts and hoodies. Unfortunately I didn’t know that XL is actually more like a large fit for me and tight. I didn’t think I would be able to return them and reorder for DXL. I wish I now returned them for a looser fit.
Now I just have to try and stretch it out. The Canadian fees are pricey with shipping. Hope to order the right size next time.

I recently ordered a T shirt from Dephect but the introductory discount code didn’t get to me in time for placing my order. I emailed the team once it arrived and they refunded the discount price straight away, my t shirt also arrived within one day. Excellent service and really funky t shirt designs. First Xmas present bought!!! Thanks guys

Been getting my T-shirts from these guys for over a decade now and always been on point, good quality Tee’s and they last forever! I’ve stil got ones I brought ten years ago that I still wear and are good! I ordered three new T-shirts one came with a mark on it emailed them and within hours they emailed me back saying we sent you a new one. Amazing service!

I've been buying tee shirts from Dephect for over a year now. The quality of the tee shirts is amazing and the designs are beautiful. Whenever I wear one I often get positive comments about the design.
As well as the quality of the product and the artist profiles, the customer service is excellent too, with a real personal, yet professional touch.
Recently dealt with Maz who was so helpful and really went the extra mile to sort out a technical issue.
Highly recommended.

Dephect's customer service is on point... Placed an order during a 3 for 2 t-shirt sale but accidentally ordered all the wrong size. Messaged Dephect when my order arrived explaining what happened and they sent me another discount code so I could reorder and still get the discount. I was informed I could ship the original order back for a refund, but since I live in the US shipping it back would cost half as much as I paid for the shirts, so instead my friends are gonna get some cool gifts. Quality of the shirts is great, awesome print quality, super clean and crisp. Excited for my correctly sized shirts to arrive so I can match with my friends.

Had been admiring the fantastic designs from dephect for a while & finally took a plunge on a range of t shirts. first off fantastic quality material is used for their t shirts. thick and soft, not like high st brands which always feel thin and cheap. the prints on them are not only so unique but thick and very well executed meaning they will survive washes and daily use with ease. thankyou so much for producing excellent clothing

One of the shirts I wanted was sold out in my size, so I messaged them to ask about new stock at 7:20am. By 7:35 I already had a reply from Maz confirming it would be back in stock later that week. Delivery was quick and even exchanging items for a different size was a smooth experience.

I recently bought a T-shirt from Dephect as I loved their designs. When it arrived there was a small flaw in the print (very small and not that noticeable). I dropped them a quick photo and email the evening it arrived to point out the issue. The following morning I had an email in my inbox at 8:40am telling me a replacement was on its way and there was no need to return the original and apologising for the issue.
First class customer service. The new T-shirt arrived the following day and was perfect.
The quality of the material used is good and looks like it will last a while and wear well. I had tried RedBubble before but the quality of their T-shirts seemed to really go down hill with older ones lasting longer than some of the new ones I’d bought.
I’ll definitely be buying a load of Tees from Dephect if my first experience is anything to go by.

At some point, around 10 years ago, I started buying t-shirts from Dephect and since then I haven’t bought one from anyone else.
I’ve worn them all around the world and on at least three continents have had to repeatedly tell complete strangers, where I got my shirt from.
They don’t just deliver what you order, they also deliver high quality wearable art, that nobody else can.
In Europe, Asia and North America, if someone new crossed or crosses my path, I buy them a shirt from these guys, not one I have, but one for them. That’s how much these things mean to me! My daughter is 8 now and I just bought her first one for her. She was delighted that she’s now in not my gang, but theirs.
If anyone wants to be assured of their quality, email me and I’ll send you a pic of my collection, some I lost then bought again, some are 5 - 10 years old, some I have two of.
These guys rock and I hope they NEVER stop making clothes for me to wear with pride.

T shirt is high quality, nicely printed and delivered very quickly.

I'm very wary of scams these days, so I checked reviews before purchasing. I think it was 4.9/5 at the time. Ordered 3 Tshirts, they came the following day. Love them, and impressed with the service. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Bought two tees a few months back, awesome designs, no issues with shipping or time. Only qualm is the fabric of the tee's is quite rigid and a bit rough. I also would have liked an XS option but defo no issues with service.

Brilliant customer service, I had a small issue spending a gift voucher. All resolved with a single response from Dephect and new tee shirts already on their way within 30 minutes.

Absolutely superb customer service. There was a slight issue with the courier, which meant I needed to contact Dephect's customer service department by email. They responded very quickly & did all they could to rectify the issue immediately. I will definitely shop with them again & highly recommend them.
