Cleared up my daughter’s acne!!

Some of the best skincare I’ve used
I have now purchased several products from DermalMD. All of them were top-notch! I’ve found the best results with the Blemish Serum, the Under Eye Treatment, and the Varicose Veins Serum, but everything I have tried thus far has shown actual results and are not irritating to my generally sensitive skin. I would definitely recommend these products to my friends & family!

Fake reviews
I was considering buying their lightening serum. Went to their website to read reviews since their product was not available on Amazon. I started noticing the same grammatical flaws in so many of the reviews so I was suspicious that they were fake. Then I read an identical one that had a different name on it, proof that my hunch was correct. I will not be purchasing.

I had several friends who ordered before and I been ordering for months now and I can say that this product line is one of the best out there. But they have to work on their shipping times and also their website is slow. I would rather wait longer to receive a treatment that actually works then get something in 24 hours that is a waste of money.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dermalmd abysmal skin care company, and I cannot emphasize enough just how dreadful they are. This company is nothing short of a disgrace. They are like vultures preying on hardworking individuals, eagerly gobbling up their money while delivering absolutely nothing in return.
Their marketing tactics are not just deceptive; they are outright fraudulent. It's truly sickening how they resort to using fake profiles on platforms like Facebook to lure unsuspecting customers into their web of deceit. These fake female profiles are just the tip of the iceberg. They also employ a group of individuals who seem to have nothing better to do than to flood various platforms with identical comments and glowing reviews, all designed to prop up this terrible company.
One particular individual, Mahmudur Rahman, stands out as a prime example of the kind of mindless devotion these unscrupulous marketers exhibit. He tirelessly shares inane content from the company's profile, seemingly oblivious to the fact that he's contributing to the promotion of such a shady operation.
I implore you, and anyone else reading this, to steer clear of this company at all costs. It's a cesspool of deception, dishonesty, and greed. Your hard-earned money is better off in your pocket than in the hands of these charlatans. Don't trust them for a second; they are the epitome of a "s.h.i/t company."

There is no order reference, no product-specific concern, and no customer support history we can identify from what was written here. Instead, the post relies on broad accusations, personal attacks, and the mention of an individual by name, which is not appropriate for a legitimate customer review. Also we have never heard of a Mamudur who your referring to.
If the author is a real customer, we invite them to contact us directly with their full name, order number, and the specific product or issue involved so we can review it properly. If no verifiable order exists, the public can draw its own conclusions about the credibility of this post.
DermalMD stands behind its products, its customer service, and the thousands of legitimate customers we serve.
Disappointing Experience with Dermalmd
I recently purchased several products from Dermalmd with high hopes of achieving healthier and more radiant skin. However, I am deeply disappointed to say that my experience with this company has left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of.
First and foremost, the prices of their products were exorbitant, leading me to believe that I was investing in high-quality skincare solutions. Unfortunately, this turned out to be far from the truth. The products I received were underwhelming and did not deliver the promised results. It felt as though I had wasted my hard-earned money on ineffective products.
Furthermore, the company's marketing tactics were incredibly misleading. Their website and promotional materials boasted about their products' miraculous effects, claiming to address a wide range of skin concerns. However, upon using these products consistently for weeks, I noticed no visible improvement in my skin's condition. The promises made by the company seemed nothing more than empty marketing ploys designed to lure customers into purchasing their overpriced items.
To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, I was met with indifference and a lack of empathy. They seemed more interested in protecting their profits than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their refusal to address my concerns or offer any form of compensation only confirmed my suspicion that this company was solely focused on making money, with little regard for their customers' experiences.
Additionally, I came across numerous online reviews from other dissatisfied customers who had similar experiences. It became apparent that my negative encounter was not an isolated incident but rather a pattern of deceitful practices by this skin care company.
In conclusion, my experience with dermalmd was nothing short of a scam. The products were ineffective, overpriced, and failed to live up to the extravagant claims made by the company. Combined with their lackluster customer service and a prevailing disregard for customer satisfaction, I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company and explore other reputable skincare brands that genuinely prioritize their customers' well-being and deliver on their promises.

I ordered this product on a 30 day…
I ordered this product on a 30 day trial promo and when I called to ask how much it would be after the 30 day trial the person (guy) who answered wouldn't give me a price and got rude with me so I ended up cancelling my subscription. If I could have gotten a price it would have been a been a different story along with him not being and unhelpful.

It’s a scam! They took my money and never sent anything - and then just blocked me!
I ordered two tubs of their stretchmark cream in October 2022 - spending over USD100. They never sent a confirmation email so I followed up and they said they had received my order.
I followed up again for a tracking number about a week later and was given a USPS one - which after more 2 months of waiting turned out to be a bogus one.
They then stopped replying to my messages and emails and blocked me on social. To date I’ve received no refund and no product from them. Please don’t purchase anything from them - the whole setup is a scam!
