A Nightmare Online Shopping Experience
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of the DermalMD acne serum. The payment methods offered by the company seem to be primitive and non-professional, which is a major concern for any customer. Furthermore, the lack of confirmation of delivery address and the vague mention of a money-back guarantee and cancellation policy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I have not received a response to my emails from 20 days ago, which is unacceptable customer service.
The presence of fake profiles, such as "Jamy Kristen," on "disqus" website, posting positive reviews on the internet only adds to my dissatisfaction with the company. It raises questions about the authenticity of the product and the company's integrity.
I hope that my complaint will bring attention to these issues and that the company will take steps to address them. Customers deserve to have a positive and professional experience when making a purchase, and it seems that DermalMD has fallen short in this regard.

I’m sorry this was your experience. If our checkout options felt unprofessional, if policies weren’t clear, and especially if you didn’t get a reply to emails for 20 days, that’s on us, and it’s not the standard we want for anyone.
Since this review, we’ve revamped the website and the entire customer support process to make checkout clearer and more “white glove,” including: clearer policy visibility (money-back + cancellations), improved address confirmation/verification prompts, and tighter support monitoring so customers get timely help. We now monitor support@dermalmd.com
closely and often respond within the hour during business hours.
We also take the concern about “fake profiles” seriously. We do not create or pay for fake reviews, and if you can send the links or screenshots to support@dermalmd.com
, we’ll investigate and take the appropriate steps (including reporting anything inauthentic on third-party platforms).
Finally, based on our internal notes we believe this was previously handled and resolved, but we want to make sure you’re fully taken care of. Please email support@dermalmd.com

Its the wild wild west out there in the internet world, a lot of unapproved profiles and posts that we did not do and we are chemists and clinical professionals simply making the best quality serums that exsist.
Buying this product was a waste of…
Buying this product was a waste of money & time. Instead of moistening my skin, it actually dried it out and had it feeling rough. It also made my eyes burn after use. Unfortunately, I received not one positive result from using it and returned it for a refund.

Our serum is not intended for in the eye area. If any product gets too close to the eyes, it can cause usually mild irritation. If this happens, we recommend discontinuing use and rinsing thoroughly, and if irritation persists, checking with a medical professional.

A spammy company
Can't speak to their products but as a company they do not come off as reputable or trustworthy. They keep spamming my blog comments promoting their product, and when I politely asked them to stop, they left my message on read and kept up with their spammy tactics. If a company has to resort to shady promotional tactics to sell their products....well, that says a lot.
