Elle est arrivée ultra bien emballée, même le livreur me l'a fait remarquer.

The shipment was quick but I wrote to…
The shipment was quick but I wrote to customer service notifying them that it is a birthday gift and asked to be sent a new item in a box which was not broken or damaged. Customer service did not respond and it arrived in a damaged and broken box (not due to shipping, packed like this in the shipping box which was not damaged) and as it is a vase will be stored in the box. I feel embarrassed to give a broken damaged box as a gift. I am not happy.
