Hello Lilyanne
I hope you are well. I am so sorry that you were asked to leave a review by trustpilot before you have received your order, the system is unfortunately automated and we cannot control when they ask for them but we totally understand that it’s not ideal.
We do hand make our items which means there is a processing time which can be extended during busy times which we are currently experiencing due to everyone preparing their Christmas makes!
I can see that the item was marked as delivered on the 20th of October so hopefully everything is sorted now.
Thanks
Corinne

Fantastic quality silicone moulds
Absolutely love so many of the mould designs but decided to start with a cheeky swear word for a wax melt gift.
I’ve been making wax melts for 5 years and have tried lots of different moulds in that time.
These are superb quality and give amazing results. Can’t wait to try some scoopies next!
