Hello Pam. Thank you for your review, we thoroughly appreciate your feedback. I have looked into your order and can see that you ordered on the 23rd of July and the order was shipped on the 30th of July - 5 working days later. If you take a look at the processing and shipping policy on our website it does state that our processing time is 5 working days from payment to dispatch because our items are hand made. Once the parcels are with Royal Mail we have no control over the time it takes the parcels to pass through their system.
I can assure you that the items were not sent just because you contacted us but merely because they had finished production and were ready to be sent as per the specified processing time. I hope that you enjoy your items and if there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to reach out!
Kind Regards
Corinne
