I ordered some baby items & personalised stuff so expected a little wait realised it had been 33 days so emailed only to get a bounced back email and the site doesn’t work now. Came on here to see all the comments about it in liquidation but haven’t received a refund just snatch peoples money and disappear don’t use this site!

Ordered a baby vest and hat a month ago and just chased up via email only to get a bounce back saying it no longer exists and the website has also been taken down. This is wrong on all levels. At least have the decency to refund if you can’t provide the items ordered. Absolutely disgusting!

I’m fuming about this company! I placed an order early March after reading such good reviews before hand. 2 weeks later I still don’t have my items so email them and they are now in liquidation and for me to contact my bank to try get my money back! What a joke! Grrrrrrr

Ordered on the 26th February still haven’t received my order or any correspondence so I emailed them to be told that they have gone into liquidation and I should contact my bank for my money !!

Name was spelt wrong. Even though the spelling I gave was correct been waiting over a month for a refund. All my emails have been ignored. Waste of money and time.

Placed an order 24th feb emailed them for a delivery date as it was christening gifts was told 16 days, 18th March 16 days passed I emailed again to receive an automated response saying there in liquidation and to contact my bank for a refund what a joke why take my order in the first place

DONT order from here...ordered a personalised sleepsuit a month ago...took my money...no sleepsuit!!
Ignoring my emails...DISGUSTING!

Don’t order from this company. I placed an order on the 17th of February, they took the money & sent me an order number. Nearly a month on & i’ve not Received anything! I’ve emailed them twice & not received a response! There’s now no way of contacting them as their page doesn’t seem to exist now🤬

Ordered a page boys shirt at the start of Feb and a month later it still has not arrived.
I have emailed them, have had no reply and their website is now down.

Ordered on 24th Feb, no confirmation that my items have been shipped and upon searching for contact details, I’ve discovered that the website is currently down as is the Facebook page so I have no way of contacting them about my order.

I ordered a Teddy bear from here personalised for a gift said it could take up to 16 days now on day 23 and the won't reply to any of my emails at all very disappointed with this service will never order or recommend this company to anybody .

I placed an order nearly a month ago. Emailed them a few days ago asking for an update and they responded that since this was a personalised order it can take upto 16 days - this was the 23rd day. I have since sent many more emails which I have had no response to and the website seems to be taken down!
Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

I ordered on the 14th of February and they have still not sent out my order and they are ignoring my emails!

Been 18 days since I placed an order, still not been shipped and when I've looked at their pages they've all been taken down!

These frilly 0 to 1 mnth old baby bootys are soooo cute and gorgeous quality worth every penny i would highly recomend your shop to all, ive allready given out your name and site to a few people but the quality is imaculate
