I have been sent the wrong item to what was ordered. I have contacted them via email and via their website and they are simply not responding.

Strongly recommend not using this company. Their returns policy is a lie, it clearly states on their website that returns are accepted and paid for by the company, but they aren't. Company wouldnt refund for an item that didnt fit. Really poor customer service, will never use them again. Strongly recommend avoiding this company
