The Bird charm is a a miss…
The Bird charm is a a miss design/construction the charm is not staying in place and therefore not what I’ve expected, but what’s more disappointing ist that returns are so expensive and have to be paid by the customer. I’d rather would choose not to get a water bottle for free that I don’t need.
Quality is okay but a bit overpriced. Yet the design is nice.

Egentligt fint produkt, men…
Egentligt fint produkt, men simpelthen så skuffet over at smykket ikke bliver leveret i lille æske, men i en plastikpose.
Købte smykket magen til hos Boozt - nåde billigere og fremsendt i fin æske, så det kan bruges som gave.
Handler aldrig design letters direkte hos design letters - absolut ingen fordel. Tværtimod.

The products are super cute.
Unfortunately one item was delivered broken. The customer service was quick to react though and dispatched a replacement, which came in perfect condition today :)

tutto ok, trasporto a parte
Ho acquistato una catenina, un ciondolino e una lettera. Tutto arrivato molto rapidamente e per fortuna senza problemi perché il materiale da me ordinato era chiuso in una busta mezza rotta (colpa del corriere?). I prodotti sono molto carini e fatti bene.

Der bestellte Becher „DAD“ kam nicht an sondern Granddad
Kette war zu kurz - macht ja nichts.
Finde es ein Unding das keine kostenlose Retoure stattfindet! Retoutekosten von 15 € ! Weil es nach Dänemark gehen muss. Zumal es der Fehler von Design Letters war einen falschen Becher zu schicken. Ihr solltet mal euren Service überdenken !

Gastos de envío elevados pero bien
En general muy contenta, pero sí que querría remarcar algunas cosas: la primera es que el tiempo de espera de envío a España me parece algo elevado (tardó 7 días laborables aproximadamente) y que los gastos de envío personalmente me parecen abusivos. Por lo demás el paquete venía con dos bolsitas de terciopelo muy útiles para guardar los anillos, que a su vez estaban protegidos con otra bolsita. Los anillos son muy bonitos y ligeros en persona, están muy bien acabados, pero me encantaría que las piezas tipo candy o con palabras los fabricaran ya cerrados, los de abertura se me hacen incómodos. Aún así buena compra.
