Design Your Vape Opiniões 

I have been using Design Your Vape for years as i buy all my flavours from them. They where fine when i was buying from them on Ebay but now i buy direct from them. Orders take more than two weeks to be sent and the last order i made was in April and after two weeks of waiting i only got half the order sent. i went to their site and filled out the online contact form and no one got back to me i did this another three times and nothing i even sent them 2 emails and no one got back to me

To-date i have now called them 6 times and spoke to some guy who says the missing vape will be sent out but it never is i have been messing around with this company since April and they have still not sent it out the missing vape. I will never use this company again if this is what they call customer service, as the way they have treat me is Disgusting .

Just so their is no confusion with other company's with a similar name Design Your Vape is based in Poulton le fylde.

I have used this company for a couple of years, but had no issue until this last time I used them. They sent only part of my order and left a note saying that I should get in contact with them for an alternative concentrate... ive tried and tried, spoke to a guy on the phone who said someone will contact me, but never did. I finally sent another text message asking what was happening.. the guy only sent a screenshot with a tracking number on it.. but the tracking number isn't traced by any company I know of. Now my messages are getting ignored.

Used them for a number of years, never had a problem really until this time! No order received and emails ignored. Very bad business etiquette and shocking common courtesy! Saw the reviews on here which prompted me to share my experience too. I’ll be sourcing my concentrates elsewhere from now on. I advise you all to do the same because they won’t be trading much longer if this is how they run a business!

Same as puzzled vapes absolute scam. Nothing arrived took the money no refund. Lesson learnt please stay away from here don't get conned.

They owe us almost £50.00 and despite 7 attempts to contact by email, phone and WhatsApp, I have now contacted trading standards. The guy has answered his phone 3 times only to fob me off, our order was worth over £100 and only half of it was sent (which took 3 weeks to arrive but that's a whole other issue).

UPDATE - have now been contacted and assured the refund is issued, screenshot and email confirmation received so let's hope the money appears in my account next week!

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. Slow dispatch despite paying extra for fast delivery. No contact after emails via Web page and direct.
Juice finally arrived with no flavour.
Waste of time and money

Design your vape and puzzled vapes are the same company. Doesn't matter if your a loyal customer they will ignore you which ever platform you choose to Contact them on. Despite receiving an email apologising over delays on deliveries blaming royal mail ( a month or more) they offered customers a 50% discount on their next orders and stated deliveries were back to normal. I decided to give it another chance.... Still waiting for my order placed over 2 weeks ago and again, as usual from this company, no reply. This time I will be going further with this as I don't know how they get away with it. Will never order from here again.

Ordered from them on the 22nd September and I'm still waiting for my order over 3 weeks late. I've contacted them via email 3 times and WhatsApp messages and no reply. Have previously ordered from them with no issue other than the delivery times. It was a £15 order but used my loyalty points and it was only £8.50. I will not be ordering from them again mainly due to the bad customer service. It seems to be a running theme with theme with this company, maybe he is in over his head. I just ordered from another company and received my order within 24 hours.

I have used design your vape for many years now and although they offer a loyalty scheme, it seems they don't think much of there loyal customers. I put in an order a few months ago, it arrived without nicotine shots, I tried to get in touch with them in many ways and finally I got a responce over whatsapp, I was told that they are having trouble with there suppliers and looking for new ones. I then questioned why they took my money without telling me about this as they hadn't filled the order correctly, it's no use without the nicotine, to which I was told that I would get a refund for the nicotine, 3 weeks on and I have received nothing. Thanks alot for your loyalty, I'm sure I don't have to tell you that I won't be placing an order with you again.

Delivery came really late. When it did it wasn't what I ordered, so I tired to contact them. Called, emailed, messaged on WhatsApp, all completely ignored. I have no idea what they sent me and won't use it. Would like a refund but they won't acknowledge me. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before wasting my money.

Crap service. They got the delivery address wrong and would not answer any emails asking them
To change it to the correct address as only they can do that with the courier 👎

I placed an order on 22nd Feb, did not turn up, I emailed 3 times and only had 1 email back just saying 'what's your postcode' still nothing turned up so I rang and he asked me to text him the details which I did and still nothing received, wont be buying from him again!

Doesn't reply if ur product doesn't turn up doesn't answer phone or email back once taken money that's all u hear from them not good at all

Purchased some PG from their website, then got an email the next day saying the order had been refunded, no explanation. When I got my credit card statement several weeks later I found the refund hadn't gone through (needless to say I hadn't received the order). I phoned them up and was told they'd sort it out and the refund would take 48 hours to appear. A week later: still no refund. Luckily I had used my credit card and could raise a chargeback. He'll get stung by the fees, but I gave him a chance he only has himself to blame.

Note that Design Your Vape and Puzzled Vapes are actually the same company, but with two different websites.

Ordered from this company for around a year now never had any problems and they have great deals on all the time that I take advantage of delivery can be slow but it’s free so it’s not going to be the fastest if you need it quick u can pay for it will be returning when I need products

liquids finally turned up but support isn't responsive and my order was missing 3 bottles, they have said they will send them out, but i haven't got them yet. Never got bottles. Down to 1 star.
