I have used Des Kelly in Swords twice and I have had a positive experience both times. They have plenty of choice and Philip was helpful with getting my order sorted. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience. The sales man Derek was professional, helpful, and genuinely interested in finding the right mattress for me. He gave me an excellent price and provided outstanding customer service throughout. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would highly recommend him and the store.

Dealt with Katharina. Lovely person couldn’t do enough for us. She helped with floors . Went as far as moving slabs of wood into the light to show us and make sure it was what we wanted ! Would recommend Katharina to anyone to go to. So helpful

Seldom I take to writing a review but after a visit to Des Kelly’s in Coolock today, it is definitely warranted and deserved.
We dealt with Derek in the furniture department, we were looking to furnish a rental property and his knowledge and advice was invaluable. The product range was second to none, the delivery times are short and this really suited our needs.
The buying process was relaxed and not pushy whatsoever.
We were able to purchase every item we needed and are more than happy with our purchases.

I recently visited Des Kelly’s in Coolock. I am currently commencing a full renovation. I’m not yet ready to purchase but I wanted to see what is available. I have had 2 poor experiences with other shops and was not very confident of a good encounter. But I couldn’t have been any more wrong. I dealt with Derek. He was ultra professional and knowledgable but above all so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Derek took his time to show me through the range on offer. I will 100% be back soon to purchase from Derek. 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend Des Kelly Coolock to anyone.

We were getting all new flooring from carpet to wooden flooring. Kevin in Sandyford went above and beyond to help us select the right choices for our needs. Couldn’t recommend him and Des Kelly enough.

Mary assisted me to choose the perfect bed for my bedroom. I had an idea of what I wanted however Mary helped me to confirm and her help was very much appreciated in relation to options, time to think it all through and trying out mattresses. If all shops had a Mary they would all do well!

We dropped into the Long Mile road shop today. Had a good look around a staff member called Mary came up to us we need any help she was so helpful that we bought the sofa great customer service.

I visited Des Kelly Carpets in Coolock Tuesday and dealt with Katharina there. I was very impressed with her expertise and service. It's nice to deal with people that understand. I will certainly be returning. Recommended.

I was in the Coolock branch yesterday buying a carpet. A lady called Katharina was helping me. I don't usually write reviews but this lady definitely deserves one. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent so much time sharing her in-depth knowledge and advice with me. I am so happy that she managed to change my mind on what I actually intended to buy as it really was not a good fit for what I needed. I am doing a whole house renovation and was interested in looking at a new mattress. Again, she went above and beyond her duty to advise me on this and spent so much time explaining what I needed as I have severe back problems. She suggested that I try all the mattresses and lie on each one for a few minutes in order to make an informed decision. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Katharina and I cannot thank her enough for all she did. I could name many other retail outlets that should take a leaf from her book regarding their customer service skills. Thank you Katharina
