We had the pleasure of getting floors from des Kelly in swords. Kieran and Mia couldn’t have done more for us. They had a huge wealth of knowledge especially when it came to herringbone vinyl and how it would be fitted the way we wanted it. They went above and beyond each time we were in to the swords store. Mia was extremely helpful and welcoming and look forward to doing more business with des Kelly swords in the future. Thanks again guys

Had a fantastic laminate floor experience with Des Kelly Westend Blanchardstown store today. They were having a Quick Step flooring promotion (10% off).
Salesperson John Hickey was excellent, guiding me through my options, pointing out pros and cons etc. He demonstrated the new Quick Step room visual tool which makes the decision process even easier as there is so much choice. I left with my purchase and choice confirmed and quite happy with the whole experience. Happy to recommend Des Kelly and their superb staff.

Bought floors in swords from very helpful staff got a fast installation date and the fitter did a great job, no mess left. quick efficient and highly recommendable

What a wonderful welcoming shop with lovely sales reps, I purchased 3 mattress today from Mary on the long mile road,from the moment I entered Mary was very accommodating worked with my budget and gave wonderful advice on each mattress, she also went above and beyond to get my mattress for certain time frame.

Very polite & helpful staff, including the fitters. Flexible around fitting dates and communicated well throughout. Very happy with the stair runner - looks very high end but price was reasonable.

Nick was very helpful in sorting out our remnant requirements and now we look to our bedroom floor being refreshed and ready for the next 15/20 years of living 🤞🏽

Have dealt with the Coolock store twice lately in the last 2 months. First time we were served by Ciaran who was very helpful with picking a carpet for our new attic extension & dealt with him via email with payment link etc, all instructions very clear and straightforward. The guy that fitted it was brilliant, very clear communication with times etc. We had to have a fitter come back and shave and hang our doors and he did an excellent job, such a pleasure to deal with a nice friendly person. We were back again this week to get the carpet for our double stairs and landing now and dealt with Barry. Barry is an asset to the company as he was so helpful and a mine of information when it comes to carpets. He helped us choose with his practical advice & recommended we take the 2 samples home as i couldn't choose. Then he was was also very patient with explaining how to measure etc. We're booked in for the fitting now and trust that all will be good with that too. Highly recommend the staff in Coolock.

The rattan drawers on the Brisbane 5 Drawer Chest are a plastic/paper image stuck into the drawers. Not rattan or a rattan alternative. Theres no mention of the rattan being a stuck on image in the description.

We went into Des Kelly in Blanchardstown today looking for a rug , it’s a lovely store and so many beautiful rugs to choose from. Ursula was the Sales lady who greeted us and helped us . Ursula was so helpful and friendly , just a lovely lady to deal with . Sincerely Lynda Kelly
