The greatest bike repair around!! Matt was very helpful and friendly and didn’t mind sharing his knowledge! Highly recommend!!

Had my rear suspension squeak identified and internally oiled, serviced my brakes (improvement noticed), relubricated my chain. Matt was helpful explaining possible remedies for ageing parts that might become problems in future. Reasonable price, friendly - you felt you could ask anything related. This was for my town bike, not a big-name brand. I've ridden it three times before writing this review and I will recommend to friends.

I attended Matt’s 2 day bike maintenance course, which I highly recommend. Matt combines passion and expertise with a love of sharing knowledge that made for a course full of insight and learning through demos and hands-on practice. He had a clear and full curriculum in mind, but also with the flexibility to adapt to questions & interests - much tested across the 2 days! The course is at his well-equipped workshop in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. We felt very welcomed to his home and looked after.
I finished the course feeling I’d learnt loads, despite having many years of messing with bikes, and much more confident of dealing with the explosion of options in modern bikes.

I had a great experience with Devils Bykes. It is clear when you first meet Matt that he loves what he does, and he does it brilliantly. I dropped my broken bike off with him after a crash and he sorted it all, it’s now back better than new. Excellent communication, all costs are detailed (and don’t change), nothing is too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Brilliant friendly and super efficient service from Devils Bykes. I booked an appointment to have a chat with Matt as wasn't sure what service would address the issues. We talked through what needed doing to my bike and got a text later that to say it was ready to collect. Great to have such a local bike service in the local area - would totally recommend.

I had a puncture on my electric Brompton last night. Booked on website for 9am this morning. Friendly welcome and Matt tightened my brakes ‘on the house’Very pleased and will definitely use again and tell my friends. Thank you. Great experience 😀

My bike chain broke on the way to work this morning, did a quick Google search and it came up with Devils Bykes, called Matt who replaced the chain in less than an hour, such a friendly chap and the service was second to none! Price was fair too!
Would recommend to anyone who owns a bike in and around Brighton & Hove.

A really great service from Matt and Laura. I saw the sign for Devils Bykes from the road and just walked in with my bike. A few days later and it was fixed and at a reasonable cost. Thanks

Helpful, friendly and reasonably priced.

I gave Matt a bit of a challenge, but he pulled out all the stops and my bike is like it's brand new.

Matt also took the time to explain how I can extend the life of the parts on my bike too.

Would highly recommend.
