The overall customer service was outstanding and the bedding was luxurious. Nothing was too much trouble for Ops Manager Mark Morris and Natalie in Admin was great. A pleasure to do business and would have no hesitation shopping there again.

WHAT A DISGRACE. I REALLY MEAN A PHENOMENAL DISGRACE. ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED. BESIDES SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT DEYONGS NO REPLY. HAVE TO GO TO MY BANK TO TRY TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE WALK WAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE AMOUNT OF TIME WASTED FEELING UPSET, IGNORED, UNDERVALUED AND SEARCHING FOR A SIMPLE ANSWER . . . NOT WORTHY. ANY POUND SHOP MILLION TIMES BETTER.

We can only apologise if you think our services aren't as good as any pound shop.
I have looked into your statement and I can see your 3 emails replied to within 30 minutes of being received. I can also see the reasons as to why you never received your order which you never replied to and our customer service team refunded your order when you asked for it to be cancelled.
We always advise customers to check their spam folders if they are waiting for an email.
If you would like to give us another try we can aways give you a comeback discount code and see how we perform 99% of the time.

Terrible service- do not recommend.
I am not happy with my order; I received incorrect bedding set which I purchased a bedding set from Debenhams it took over 2 weeks to be delivered for it to be the incorrect item, quality was not what I would have expected for original price value of £140, looked and felt cheap. Had to return item back to original seller company and have not heard anything back about them receiving my return or any mention of a refund, it has been over a week. Poor customer service overall and won’t buy again. Have tried to email deyongs directly at the deyongs customer service email address as mentioned in these reviews to resolve this matter but email won’t sent via email as it says email address not valid. And all customer service links on the website come up with message ‘not found website’

Our customer service always replies to every customer but sometimes those customers don't see our reply as it to their spam folders.
We always aim to reply same day if not next and resolve any issues a customer will have.
Great company to deal with - recommended
Great company to deal with, needed to speak to customer services regarding some queries which were dealt with promptly and very efficiently.
Goods arrived as promised and we are very happy with the quality.

After refurbishing our home, we needed to order full sets of bedsheets for all bedrooms as well as a range of towels. We found them a reliable and professional firm to deal with and were delighted with what we bought. Highly recommended.
