The most luxurious throw ever!
The most luxurious throw I have ever had, it’s so soft. Amazing service and Daniel is so nice to deal with. I also have sheets and towels from Deyongs which are incredible quality as well. Highly recommended and I will definitely be buying from them again.

No delivery/confirmation/response
No delivery, no updated texts, no response until I had to call.
Never received a confirmation text as soon as I bought the item. Emailed and heard nothing back, tried to use their instant chat that doesn’t work either. Called in the end, the woman was lovely she stated it would arrive Friday today but it never came. I still haven’t received any shipment updates via text or anything. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully I can get a refund on Tuesday.

Excellent service and products
Excellent service! WOW I’ll say.
Placed on order on Thursday (28th Jan.) @ 16.50pm and it arrived the morning of 30th Jan can you believe it?
The goods (towels and face cloths from their Bliss Pima Cotton range) are of superb quality as well. Knew they would be, have bought their products in the past.
Very happy customer would highly recommend.

Colour changed with ease
I ordered some towels but got the colour wrong. Even though they were sale items, they agreed to switch them without a problem and did not charge me for postage again. Excellent quality
