The pen needles I bought were open and spilled all over the box. They are not the same brand I ordered and in comparing with other companies, I was over charged.

Hi. Thank you for the one-star review. I see you have been a customer for over a year. Are you saying that the pen needles have been the wrong brand and have been open and all over the box on every order you've made over the year that you've been a customer? That's horrible! What did the customer service people say when you called them at their Toll-Free number to tell them about this?

The cane we purchased from Diabetes Store was too heavy for me to use. l requested a return label. The Diabetes store refunded my money and asked me to give the cane away to someone that needed it.
