The address was in Columbia Maryland. According to the US Postal service Tracking information, 9434650206219006384570 says your package was delivered to a parcel locker on March 7, at 2:18 pm. In Columbia Maryland. Hope this was helpful.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. We told you when you emailed us earlier, the package was originally labelled with the wrong shipping method, so the label was cancelled and it was reshipped via FedEx Express. As we told you, we refunded the shipping charges.
To make matters worse, it appears FedEx has lost your package as they have no information associated with the tracking number. You should have called us on our customer service phone after the FedEx package didn't arrive and we could have reshipped the package right away. We will reship tomorrow for Friday delivery
If the lost FedEx package arrives, please let us know.

Our published shipping policy states that orders placed after 1PM on Friday will ship the next business day. The next business day was Monday, Feb 9. Our published shipping policy states that you should expect standard shipping to arrive in four-to-seven business days.

Your shipment was delivered on Friday Feb 13, which was four business days. If you needed faster shipping, you could have called us, and we would have done our best to get your order shipped more quickly. You could also choose expedited shipping. Thank you!
