Outstanding Service
I have received an answer from the company and it is fantastic. Never before has a company been so up front and efficient in resolving my problem if at all. S I have received the replacement product and am very pleased. I have also received a shipping label to return incorrect product which I will do in a couple of days. OUTSTANDING response from the company and will certainly use them again for necessary products. Highly recommend this company for the products and service.
I am so totally disappointed with the products delivered today. While they are the correct lemon and lime odor, I have received SIX HUGE CANISTERS Alf the wipes, not the packets as shown. I use the packets in different rooms in my home and in my cars as well. Of course, as you can imagine, the canisters won’t work everywhere. WHY do companies just ship what they want and not even ask the customer if a replacement is okay? Not sure how I am going to handle this.

Hi Judy, Thank you for your review. Sometimes, if you feel you got the wrong items, it helps to call our customer service phone.
I see your order was for 6 packs of Lysol Wipes in the 80 count package, but we sent 6 cannisters. It was obviously a mistake in our shipping department because six cannisters cost us a lot more than the 6 soft packs you paid for.
On Monday, I'll ship out the correct items with a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the wrong ones back.
