Been a customer for few months. Using them to cal parents abroad who can’t use smartphone. Highly recommended, never lets me down.

DialAnyOne is the most amazing team and carrier I found after looking through a lot of others. Practical, fast, and always working towards improvement! Can't wait for the Android app! Porting from Skype worked easy, when other providers could not do it or took weeks. Number parkign is cheaper than anywhere else I searched. Very happy I found them. Thank you Jerry!

DialAnyone is the best platform for calls, texts, and data globally and the best part is that is can all be tied to one or multiple numbers. I don’t have to juggle multiple apps or SIMs anymore. It just works, and I stay connected wherever I am. I'm very happy with the customer service and Jerry went above and beyond to help me purchase a number from Australia. Thanks so much!

I’ve been using dialanyone.com regularly to call my family in India and it’s been super reliable. The call quality is clear, rates are affordable, and it’s easy to use even when I’m traveling. Makes staying in touch so much simpler. Definitely recommend it.

Been using them for a while to call IRS for absolutely free while I’m busy being a nomad in Japan. This is the best alternative to Skype that I’ve come across. I’ve used a whole of other services, but no one offers free calls to toll free numbers! This is it!!

It's just a scam. Doesn't make the call, still eats credits. Don't bother.

Despite what a lot of people are saying here, I’ve found dialanyone to be super reliable and definitely the cheapest provider. They’re super responsive on support email which is btw support at dialanyone dot com overall it’s been a very good experience using DialAnyone. I will recommend it to all my friends who need to call internationally because as an expat from US living in Japan, being able to use something as reliable as DialAnyone has been a treat. They’re a small team, people these days seem to get upset over everything apparently.

Bought 750 creditz, does not work. Tried to make a few calls, but it can't even try nd call em.

Do NOT use ur money here, it is wasted. I coudn't find a customer suppport E-mail either.

I will be contacting the bank to see if I can get a refund, what a sham.

Now, looking back at it, I can kinda see it a cheap Wordpress website.

I wanted to place calls to the US, with an American number. Most services I used were very unreliable, or unaffordable. I read a reddit comment recommending Dialanyone and decided to give it a go and have been using it ever since. For both personal use as well as for my small company of 8-10 people.

We're living in Malaysia since about 10 years, for international calls we're using Skype, but now they don't provide it anymore, so we're happy to find dial anyone, we already used it to call friends and family in Germany.

When I end a call by clicking the hang up button it doesn't seem to work. Problem is I cannot start another call. I have emailed them many times and got no response. Sometimes it works fine without this problem but it has become more common in recent days.

I have also faced issues where the ring tone will continue when the other person answers the phone. I am not sure if they can hear it on the other end.

I had what I thought was a fairly simple issue when the compliance review process got interrupted. I contacted them 11 days ago - still no reply, not even an acknowledgment of receipt.

100% fake, service is not reliable.
Service has been down for several days, but they are saying some customers purchased a few hours ago on their dashboard even though they service account was blocked on Twilio.
Bad experience.

It does the job *sometimes* but it is very unreliable. You buy a bundle of credits (e.g. 3000 credits, equivalent to say 200 minutes) and 5 minutes into your call you get a usage warning, that 90% of the credit is used up. If you do not top up, the call is shut down.

After finishing, you get an adjustment of +2300 credits. And this happens everytime, it seems there is this surcharge that makes you buy more and more credit, which then is refunded to you in terms of minutes, just after you finished the call.

Also, All reviews I found online were fake. Use it only as a last resort, and in any case keep your calls short.
