DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - I placed an order for three different Custom images. I ordered the same size canvas for all three pictures. My order came and they sent me one Custom images three times. So I received three of the same thing.
I reached out to customer service to ask where the other two pictures are, and to ask if they can send them or give me a refund. They argued with me that I purchased the same image with a quantity of three. I explained over and over that is not the case, and they are being incredibly rude and not helpful and not willing to make the situation right.
I now have three of the same image, and am out $90. I ordered square drills with AB. They only sent one AB color and the square drills are not consistent size or shine at all.

Ordered some diamond paintings from them and got around to doing them eventually and was missing a whole bag of drills and another bag had the wrong colour in it, so assumed ill message them and they'll send the missing drills as that's what other companies do but nope they argued with me, gave me attitude and refused to send me the missing drills so the canvas is useless so now have to figure out what I need and how much and buy more drills from somewhere else because they messed up. How does that make sense. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

I was short some drills. I have contacted customer service and they asked for pictures. I sent them. They asked for more pictures, this time with the bag of drills next to the painting. I can’t do that, as I take my drills out and put them in other containers. I have a feeling they will not be sending the drills I need. I will never buy from them again. I only want what I paid for. Now I have a beautiful painting that is 99.8% complete. Useless.

They did not send enough drills to complete the kit and when I contacted them (multiple times) they argued with me and did not send them. I included pictures of the amount of drills sent to me and the pattern to show that there were MANY missing drills.
The customer service team is very rude . I am only asking them to send what I paid for!
This also happened with a previous kit too and I had enough left over drills from my private stock to make up the difference.

I placed my order on the 7th of March, it is now April 11th, and I have not received my items. Their customer service is awful, they are refusing to refund my money and only offer: "Once you receive the items you can then start the refund process". If you never receive the item, how can you get a refund? It is obvious in my case that the item has been lost based on the tracking information and when asked for an update, they simply repeat what you can read. Not an honest company to deal with.
I have contacted you 6 times in regard to my package. I only get the tracking information repeated to me, which by the way, I am more than capable of reading for myself. You have repeatedly told me that I can start the refund process once I receive my package. However, you have yet to answer my simple question: How do I get a refund if I never receive the package? I also get notifications from the USPS regarding incoming packages. I was receiving them until the package "hit" Whittier, CA. The notifications stopped from the USPS and per your tracking, the package is stuck/lost in Whittier. It has been there since the 24th of March per your tracking info, and you have refused to look into it any further, offer to re-send my items, or even to refund my purchase, all of which I have asked you to do. Your customer service has been of no help whatsoever, has been demeaning in their comments and I will not refer any of my friends to this company in the future. I have several friends who enjoy doing this type of activity and this is a great loss of potential revenue to you due to your lack of service. So, once again, I ask on the 14th of April (items originally ordered on the 7th of March); How do I get a refund if I never receive the package?

I did an order on Tupperware.eu (20/10/2024) and did not receive my order in the meantime or any track about the status of my order.I even mailed twice with diamondartpaintin to inform about the status of my order but no answer at all .Can you say what are the next steps to ask my pay back of the order because I have no trust at all in the delivery anymore.

Not only did it take three months from the time of my order to when I received it today but the quality is poor. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ich war erst skeptisch weil ich viel über einen Scam gelesen habe. Aber es kam alles an! Die Bilder sind toll und es gibt sogar verschiedene Aufsätze für den Stift, wo man woanders draufzahlen muss! Ich werde definitiv nochmal bestellen, wenn die Bilder fertig sind!

I placed this order on 9/9/24 and here it is goimg on 9/25/2024..and received nothing ..I ordered from temu on the same day and I received my order in less than a week ...last time I order from this company

I’ve only had trouble once and had trouble getting it fixed.but everything g else has been good make sure you order round or square for they know
