My order #8910 arrived as an empty package with no vapes in it, (I sent pics with my email) had paid £23.00 for it, I have emailed diamond mist three times now and have not received a response

I either need a refund or a resend of the items

Didn't send product,or reply to emails.I have had to go through my credit card company for a refund.Do not use!!!!!!!

thought i would go direct to diamond mist this time after trying other outlets but sorry to say its the same result. it might say on the bottle silver mist but i can assure you its not.i am now having to mix it with VG to make it some what useable. The upshot is they need to revert back to the original formula as i have never had cause for compliant

Ordered nearly a week ago and still not received

Im gutted to be leaving after poor review but after many years of buying diamond mist gold and silver 18mg if have to say I would never purchase from here again. I complained that my last batch was a LOT lighter than normal and the strength is so weak which is no good for me. Apparently they was tested and are supposedly 18mg but I know they are not. Never had problem before but as im stuck with them and wasted 40.00 can't chance buying again!
