I have bought omega planet ocean 29095083 pre owned from DWL. My first experience was excellent. Communication with Amber was superb and I got a good deal from her during negotiations process. I am really happy with the outcome. I went to picked up my watch in London and buying experience with store manager Naz was excellent as well and the watch technician Svet was very helpful to explained to me about the watch and did Amplitudes test for me as well in store. I am definitely looking forward to buy more pieces from them in the future if I could a good deal AGAIN. If you are looking to buy pre-owned Watches definitely DWL is the place to go. The staff are very helpful and polite. For me I am really happy with my purchased and at the moment enjoying my watch. Thanks DWL.

Initially enquired on a Rolex Datejust lady’s, and was contacted by Amber.
We were able to strike an agreement fairly quickly and deposit was sent that day.
Photos of the watch were then sent before and after the polish and clean and it looked superb.
It arrived the day of request as I was away, and seeing it in person proved my decision was correct in buying from DWL.
It’s a vintage piece but it has beautifully restored and looks as good as anyone could hope for.
I was aware of their presence as a prestigious and renowned watch dealer, but I couldn’t have asked for more or better service.
I will certainly be back and have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them. 5 star service without doubt. Thank you!

Very good comms from this company from start to finish. After a very helpful sales call with Yash, I placed a deposit on a watch but then didn't continue as I had second thoughts when I tried one on locally and it didn't suit my wrist (...lovely watch, just didn't suit me). They returned my deposit with no problem and Amber kept me updated through their company Whatsapp. So, I'm still looking but will be buying from this company for sure.
