This item is nothing like what was advertised. The photo makes it look like a quality resin/glass lamp, but what arrived is cheap and nasty. Please read the other reviews – I’m clearly not the only one who has been scammed here. It’s a complete misrepresentation of the product. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Honestly, I wouldn’t even let my dog play with it. Save your money!

If I could give it zero stars that would be too high!! Awful product. I describe the disappointment. Nothing like the advertising. Don’t get sucked in by this scam.

One star is too much!! This company advertising on Facebook is a scam! None existent customer service, I bought a bracelet that was supposedly £100 but reduced to £25, I thought this was a bargain but when the item arrived it isn’t even worth £5 let alone £25! Do not fall for it. I have emailed them several times using the email address on their website to ask to return & it gets bounced back every time, I have also filled out a feedback form as well, & heard nothing. I will have no choice but to cancel the card payment with my bank if they don’t come back to me to arrange a return. AVOID.

Absolute scam. Why haven’t these been shut down

I ordered 2 bulldog lamps that looked beautiful on website, well they was advertised as bulldog lamps but more like bullshit lamps!
£70 for both and wouldn't even be worth £1 at a car boot!
Stay away from this con so called company

Total scam ,brought a shih-tzu lamp good god doesn't look anything like the picture, not even a relation dyslexic cousin of the thing, noticed if you want to return it has to go overseas. No wonder she's apparently closing her shop down, its a cover. £40 of tut, yet supposed to be £120 in her dreams, wouldn't pay more than £10 for it, not worth it. 0ne star to much to it, its rubbish at best.

My dad bought this for my mum's birthday.
Take photos of when you bought your item and when you recieved it. Email the company asking to send it back and a full refund if they refuse it you can then show the bank them refusing it their own refund policy is Is it possible to return my order?

The ‘Conpany’ should fulfil their sales as the description on their sites. Cheap alternatives supplied to the items advertised - SCAM COMPANY. Bought a dog lamp which looked like glass but arrived as a small plastic item. Disgusting company!

Complete scam. I purchased two dogs as gifts. I began to worry when tracking information was received 'awaiting customs '. Well, you all know the rest. Plastic crap. I bombarded their website with messages and they responded by supplying their return information. Went to the post and OMG over £31. No way was I losing any more money, so I messaged them again and they offered money back 30% I asked for 50% and we agreed on 40%. Found these dogs on Ali Express for £11. 😢 I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Please note they operate under other names.

This is a scam. The company is not located in the UK. It very much seems like an overseas scam firm- probably somewhere in Asia. I bought two of their "hand made" lamps for £72. They are made of plastic and look like a very cheap toy. It took over two weeks for delivery.
For return, apparently I have to pay for postage (!) and I wonder if I will ever see my money again.

SCAM ALERT So disappointed. Looking forward to a pretty stained glass dog lamp and received a mostly yellow plastic poor imitation item. Wish I'd checked the reviews before buying! Can someone please get this company's adverts removed. Don't waste your money.

Wish I had read the reviews on this website before ordering an owl and cat lamp.They were advertised as been glass and there cheap plastic,They look nothing like the pictures been advertised,This website is a total scam and should be closed down,They advertise on Facebook and give the sad story about closing down and everything reduced with 80% off,Have reported this website to action fraud and shared on Facebook,They must be making a lot of money selling tat rubbish.

Recieved owl lamp today. What a scam. This lamp was advertised on fb. One star is too high. Deserves a zero....Diana's jewels. Advertising as closing down sale Con! On fb.
I came off fb and searched the web for Diana's jewels. Thought it must be true with a http.
It's made of moulded plastic, smaller than the measurements blobs of glue where power cable connects. Looks like it's been painted by a child. Not even the same colours actually hardly any colour. It looks like a very cheap christmas decoration. I've bought better from pound land.
I realised I may have been conned when I checked the tracking. Dispatched from China. This advertisement picture if Diana is false.
I've asked for a refund doubt I will get it. This site needs shutting down for false advertisement. Also this shutting down sale by a timer I've noticed keeps resetting....PLEASE do not buy from them. I would add photos if I could. Just noticed the picture on trust pilot of diana jewellery.com is a different picture of a kind grey haired lady. They are updating the photo to keep the Con going.

If I could give zero stars I would please DO NOT buy from this company the item I received should have been a stained glass lamp when it arrived it was plastic and looks as if it has been painted by a child. The only way you can return an item is to pay the postage to China. BEWARE
