SCAM! Completely inferior product sent, and expect me to send to Asia at my cost for refund. Fraudsters!

Total Scam – Avoid at All Costs

Ordered a lamp advertised as glass (the description even used the word “GLASS”), but what arrived was cheap plastic. I immediately contacted them under their 30-day return policy and was ignored until I escalated through my card provider. Even then, it took around 10 emails just to be given a return address.

Be warned: returns must be sent back to China in “original packaging,” which they don’t disclose upfront. The company claims to be “closing down,” but this is completely false — there is nothing closing down about them, and they are not UK- or EU-based.

This is blatant mis-selling and misleading advertising. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards for falsely marketing products and misrepresenting where they are based.

BEWARE: Do not trust this company.

You can try to get refund but they want that you send this back by yourself to China. Second option,they offer first 15% refund if you don’t agree they give you 30% refund. Just email them to complain. Do not buy from this site

Do not buy from this website . It pop up on my facbook but i did it though google . Brought a dacshund lamp and dog necklace and a ring . All rubbish nothing like the photos . This company are changing there name and using these photos to sell these items . Ive reported has a scam .

Absolute scam as has been said before, friendship lamp was a cheap mass produced plastic piece of rubbish, Was taken in by the advert that Diana was retiring after 25 years and having a sale. She should have retired 24 years ago if that’s what they produce.

Received my boxer dog lamp. What an absolute piece of rubbish. Doesnt even resemble anything like the picture or remotely like a boxer dog.

Have emailed them several times and received no replies.

Its quite laughable and I think my boxer Hudson would probably lift his leg and pee over it!

Absolutely disgusting people, total scam , I received my high class resin made dog ... I have never laughed so much in my life .... A five year old could have made a better job .. these people are an absolute disgrace and be warned there are loads of sites under the same guise selling the same old TAT give them a wide birth . Not even going to get a refund as I'll probably have to pay more to send the garbage back so lesson learned 😡

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Do not buy anything from this company. Everything about it is false - see all the other reviews that state the details.

The £45 lamp I was sent was absolute tat. I immediately wrapped it back up and sought a refund. Like others, I was offered various discounts and offers, which of course I refused. I decided to cut my losses and return the item at my own expense. Again, like others, I was told to return the lamp to China! The cheapest carrier I could find was around £10 - but they wouldn’t allow me to print a despatch label without a phone number for the receiver. I asked Diana’s Jewels (DJs) for one, which they did not provide, saying it wasn’t required. I am not prepared to pay higher postal charges using a carrier that doesn’t need a contact number. (There are no published phone numbers for DJs in this country, or elsewhere.) I realise now, having read these reviews, that even if I send the item back, I am unlikely to get a refund.

Sadly, I will have to put this scam down to experience. But it makes my blood boil, thinking how much money the company must have made from these despicable practices.

It isnt even worth one star. expecting a glass lamp, I received a plastic bit of tat. They sent a refund of £6. Don't buy from this company, they are vagabonds

Cheap plastic. THEY advertised as hand made not Glass at all ugly piece of cr... I am do dissapointed with this item . Just a waste of money. Unfortunately was waiting for this shit about two weeks .

Absolute scam, item I ordered nothing like what is shown on the advert and well over priced.

This is a very clear bait and switch scam which obfuscates its true nature by the use of a legit e-selling platform and legit logistics providers. The website is a fake - there is no Diana, there are no jewels. The website is a copy of something called Julia’s Jewels. The customer services if you contact them seemingly operates out of the Netherlands but equally could be South Africa given the Dutch names and sign off greetings and the cheap plastic tat comes out of a Mainland China warehouse in the scam province of the world Guangzhou. Said cheap plastic tat is being sold for under £5 on eBay by many sellers - who also use the fake photos indicating a quality item but also show the true pic if you go into the listings - at least the eBay sellers are showing more honesty than this bunch of scammer. You can bet the items cost the scammers pennies each to buy. I’ve reported the website to the domain managers and also to the e-sellers platform they have abused. Tye e-seller is meant to have robust checks to keep the scammers off their platform but the checks obviously aren’t working. These scammers are defrauding the e-seller platform, tye logistics provider and the end customer. Be warned - stay away and look for red flags in future.

Brought for daughters birthday, but utterly disgusted with the tiny made in China piece of crap cheep plastic. Nothing but a Chinese rip of. Not worth the postage let alone the £45 paid. Itsis horrid. I am so upset and disapointed can't afford another gift. It really is a scam. No where on website does it say made in China. The website and all the sentimental rubbish is a utter pile of garbage

Expected a glass lamp only to receive a cheap plastic (not special resin at all!) unLabrador looking piece of tat. No return’s available so offered 30% refund, loose component inside - what a load of junk !Disgraceful

Bought Pub Dog lamp after seeing it advertised on Facebook. Picture looked very like our old Pug but when we received the lamp it was nothing like what was advertised. Cheap plastic and nothing like what was advertised. Very poor quality and I am now being made fun of by the family for being scammed ☹

What absolute scam artists.
This is not a fine hand made product there is no glass. It is mass manufactured plastic badly painted rubbish. Not in Denmark at all. Comes from China!!!

I have brought a chihuahua lamp from this company as they looked cute and went down in price. Took over a week to deliver and when i opened it up omg it was horrible nothing like it . Wish I read the reviews. So I’ve emailed them as u got 30 days to refund it but they are expecting u to pay for the delivery’no idea where thats is probably China. I’m so disappointed I could cry as once again I’ve been scammed

Absolutely the most diabolical experience ever . Believe me the items I viewed on this website are nothing like the tat that arrived on my doorstep . I ordered two dog lamps for two of our Daughters that had recently lost their fur babies . I ordered from this website in all good faith thinking delivery was from the uk & I would receive as advertised .It was only when I received the confirmation email that I noticed they would be coming from abroad. I did try to cancel the order but failed my husband said that I may be pleasantly surprised & to wait until I had taken delivery. They arrived yesterday and WOW they are the biggest load of tat I have ever come across. Nothing like the advert not glass as I was expecting but cheap tacky thick hard painted plastic the so called lamp i received is beyond words I honestly do not know how they can get away with false advertising like they do . At some point they need to be held accountable for their actions. Please please please do not buy from these people . Do not know if I should contact trading standards ?

I have been absolutely scammed !! What a joke of an item, looks nothing like the advertised item, I’m reporting them to trading standards.
