Good communication. There was a delay in delivering plants for my bed, but I was warned, and made an arrangement to deliver after my holiday.
Plants were delivered, well packaged and a clear planting plan was included.

Brilliant service and very easy to use. Responsive to queries too.

The plan for my garden borders is wondering. Good communication during ordering and delivery. Only negative, some of my ground cover plants never grew, so have some gaps in my borders.

I ordered Child/Pet safe plants. When they arrived, I double-checked and found one of the plants was toxic to cats. I contacted Customer Service, and they apologised and sent out 3 more safe plants. I also received a discount. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the plants. One of the varieties: of the 2 plants, one was non-existent, and the other was extremely small and unhealthy. I had to request another replacement - the replacements were of better quality. They seem to be growing well now.

Love the product. We ordered a bed of flowers and it has thrived and established itself with little input over the past 2 months. We get loads of compliments on it from visitors.
Only reason for 4 stars was slower than expected delivery about 3 weeks later than expected

The whole process was just so easy. The plants were ordered, we prepped the flower beds & plant up when they arrived. The beds look amazing. Prior to us using DIG, my husband & I visited 3 garden centres and couldn't agree on what plants or how many we would need so came away empty handed!!

The plants arrived really late due to significant orders and when the did arrive they had the wrong stickers and so it was really tricky to work out what went where. I was offered a small discount but it never came through. It seems rather too expensive for the service I received.

The plants I received arrived in a worse state than I’d expected, I appreciate to some extent it’s to allow the plants to grow in the bed that you’ll be planting them in but, based on the website pictures, there’s a big discrepancy which I don’t think is clear and I wouldn’t have paid so much money for it if I had known.
It’s also pitched as something that provides a service to tell novice gardeners how to look after their plants/tend to them and, other than the picture showing where to place each plant in the bed, there wasn’t any other instruction. I thought maybe I’d receive a couple of emails afterwards, explaining what to do, how to cut back the plants as they grow, do I need to repot them at some point etc. because I honestly don’t have a clue and it turns out that that isn’t the service at all.
Maybe it’s just me misunderstanding what I was purchasing but I don’t feel like it was very clear and I think I could have achieved something very similar for a lot less money.

Saw the owners on Dragons Den and we were very impressed just what we were looking for to fill our new borders

we were approaching the end of a very difficult and stressful 2.5 year house renovation and the whole process had left us drained and somewhat traumatised with very little energy or enthusiasm to finish the final piece of the puzzle .. our back garden … we had been contemplating reaching out to a garden design company , but initially reluctant after our experiences with various building contractors and also the fact that, our budget had been reduced for the landscaping element ….

But generally doing some home work about the feasibility , we randomly fell upon Henry and the dig club initially
From my very first email to Henry , we were immediately aware how sympathetic and understanding he was of our experience of the house renovation and why would perhaps shy away from engaging/using a garden and landscape design company …

Henry was very patient and answered all of our many questions and gave us some invaluable advise and how best to achieve the end result we had in mind within our budget - there was never any push back as to that can’t be done, it was always a case of we can find alternatives if can’t meet the first suggestion - his passion and helping people get involved in or starting out in all things gardening is very evident

After making the commitment to engage the Dig club, the wonderful and super talented Alex , our designer came onboard … clearly Henry and Alex are on the same wave length , as immediately upon meeting Alex, when she came to do an initial site visit and discuss with us our idea .. she was as as passionate and really took time and patience to understand what we want to achieve - even though we did not perhaps convey it a manor that made sense !!.. she came up with some wonderful and simple ideas every step of the way and she also took a lot of effort to learn about what the garden meant to each of our family members and how we could convey this in the planting suggestions … communication was always so prompt and if there anything we were unsure of or we thought perhaps did not work within our budget , she always made a practical suggestion that created the same end result . They were always accommodating to our ideas and odd change and very helpful help us manage our budget and pointing us in the direction of various products to look at and consider

we spent quiet a bit of time talking about and discussing the type of plants we wanted and how it should look and also a big factor was macitence and upkeep of the garden as time can be difficult for us to manage for this .. every element of this was fine tuned and when we were presented with the final design , we were were beyond thrilled .. there was never a time when i felt i could not reach out to Alex, the design team or henry , if something did not fall into place or certain plants were not available at the time of the year , as they were always at hand to advise and guide … All the designs and planting plans and suggestions of plants were very beautifully presented and in lots of detail- though also very easy to understand and navigate

we had finished the landscaping and planting by mid November 2024 but as i write this , i am looking at my beautiful garden in full bloom ( May 2025 ) and it is exactly how we envisaged it- how Alex and Henry said it would feel and look!!

It was without doubt the best experience we had engaging Alex and Henry at the Dig club would not hesitate to recommend them regardless of how big or small your garden project maybe - they will be with you every step of the way

Finally we to need to point out, that when we reached out to Henry and Alex early last year .. we had no idea that they-would be featured on Dragons den let alone win a backer …. the above feedback is testament to why they have , and they will constantly champion and support anyone who wants to get involved in gardening , or requires garden and landscape services with a non pushy, passion and clients first approach all the way - THANK YOU DIG CLUB -WE ARE VERY INDEBTED !!

Cannot recommend highly enough!
Alex was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, she totally understood what I wanted, and also steered me towards what would work best in terms of hardscaping and planting. The fees and budget was really clear. Alex was easy to contact and very friendly to work with! We put the garden in over the summer so I am eagerly awaiting spring to see it all burst into life! Thanks, Alex, and your colleagues at Dig. It’s been fun, and I’m so looking forward to happy summer times in my new garden.

I absolutely love my new cottage instant bed, the selection of plants is lovely. Really easy ordering process and clear instructions provided on how to plant the beds. Excellent customer service from start to finish, would highly recommend Dig Club.

My garden is the envy of all my neighbors. Every time I'm in the garden and people walk past, inevitably it won't be long before someone says how fabulous it is. I agree thanks to Dig. The beds and plants and design far exceed what I I did on my own. They really are fabulous and it's so easy to turn a basic raised bed into a jungle haven or whatever theme you prefer. The service is excellent and the plants are growing wonderfully several months in.

We had an unloved roof terrace that felt sterile and utilitarian. After settling on a series of planters, we discovered Dig Club and what Henry and his team have done for us is brilliant: creative choice without overwhelming options; the reassurance that the plants chosen would be suitable to thrive in the environment we described; clear communication and flexibility; and quick (and friendly!) delivery. We spent a very happy afternoon planting out (following the easy instructions given) and we're now thrilled to be enjoying our terrace for the first time. Having spent years occasionally buying plants from the local garden centre and never reaching a "finished" space, this one-stop experience was exactly what we needed. (I will also now genuinely be giving Dig Club vouchers as wedding presents from hereon in). Can't rate it more highly.

We love our Mediterranean plants from dig. They’ve been planted for around a month now & are looking lovely - the communication from the dig team was also great. We will use again as we have another raised flowerbed to fill - we just wanted to see how we got on with our first order!

The communication was great and the delivery was super quick. I am delighted with the products and the trowel being thrown in as well was a lovely touch. The plants are amazing and are thriving in my planters. Highly highly recommended.
