Great communication, over the moon with my 2 person outdoor sauna. Paid extra for an assembly team and money well spent. Cracking pair of lads. Only criticism is the lead time from ordering to delivery but it's been well worth the wait. Highly recommend this company, thank you Olly and the team at pro-line.

The customer service from Pro line has been terrible all the way through from arranging delivery to post installation issues. The sauna itself is good - just buy it from another company.

The product arrived with clear damage straight out of the box — cracked timber, a broken speaker, and a dented heater. This is not minor and shouldn’t happen at this price point.

Parts of the order were also missing on delivery.

I raised this with customer services immediately and received no response.

Delivery only added to the issue — two confirmed delivery dates were missed without explanation, and the order arrived across multiple days.

Overall, a very poor experience from both a product and service perspective.

Would not recommend.

Initially I had a positive experience but unfortunately i have had to chase for when my sauna is going to be delivered. I put my faith in the chap I was talking too and then felt totally let down. I run a business and repeated delays are costing me money especially as I have paying guests and trades who are scheduled to fit the sauna etc. Feel very badly let down. Hoping they will deliver tomorrow. I have said that I wjll be sending them a bill if it doesn’t as I was assured it would be delivered in time and having built up a reasonable buffer of a few weeks to take into account possible delays this is really poor. I note other customers have said the same things.

On the 01/02/2026 i bought an exercise bike for £169.00 they sent me a receipt to my email with when my exercise bike would arrive. It had 2 dates one 20/02/2026 and the other 27/02/2026 I did think that was odd to just have 2 dates. It is 08/03/2026 it hasn’t arrived yet. I have phoned several times spoke with Melissa who said to wait one more week which I did then phoned again haven’t got anywhere. I phoned again spoke to somebody else who said it got lost in transit. This person said I would receive it the next day which I didn’t. There is no tracking service I was looking forward to loosing weight I am so stressed now. I just want a refund. Appalling service

Used their chat and asked a few questions. Got a reply quickly the next day from 'Ollie' which gave me confidence. I replied to his questions then I think he was far too busy to bother with me and my tiny £3000 purchase. Called several times to speak to him and left massages and got promises from other people he would call me back or email but it seems he is either incapable of dialling on a phone or composing an Email. Never heard from him since. If this is how they handle sales, imagine the after sales back up.

Not to bad. Arrived later than originally stated, but product was as advertised. A good product for a good price.

The product was delivered in only 7 days which I thought was very good.

Ordered some cleaning products from this company which they say were dispatched but never received anything. Have been chasing for a response but heard nothing back until I suggested raising a credit card dispute. Not impressed and will not use again as still dont have the product ordered.

The product is impressive, though the experiences with customer support and the delivery team could be improved.

Shocking after sales, paid extra to have the sauna assembled. Sauna didn't work, wasn't wired correctly . Had to dismantle it and fix it ourselves as no one at pro line direct was interested and didn't contact us as promised.

I bought a 2-3 man traditional sauna from this company and absolutely love it. They delivered the wrong one to start but sorted it out straight away and ended up building mine free of charge due to the mishap. Really happy with the sauna

Had damaged panel and damaged heater panel got sorted quickly. Item came quickly from ordering.

Great service very impressed with the whole customer experience. Helpful and responsive with initial email delivery date enquiry. I ordered the Centuraheat Luxury Steam Traditional Indoor Sauna with Glass Door and it arrived on a pallet well secured and undamaged. It arrived on time. The sauna itself is semi-made and was straight forward to build. Very impressed by the finish and quality the wood. Thanks Proline
