Thanks to DIG we have a garden that feels like home, and they made the experience so simple and fun.

We took the adventure theme as a starting point, but it really was bespoke and we revised it with the team several times to get it just right and exactly how we wanted it; something that works for the whole family. I even discovered things about my floral tastes that I had never realised!

Communication was quick and every interaction with the team was a genuine pleasure. The plants arrived really decent in size too, so we had instant impact. A couple of plants were the wrong species - accidents can happen - but the way DIG handled it instantly was fantastic. We had tips on keeping things alive (we have tended to kill things in the past!) and the garden is thriving. The whole family got involved in planting and it's definitely spurred on an interest in gardening for our children. I can't wait to see how it continues to evolve through the seasons and mature.

Had looked at a number of instant garden type sites, decided to go for digclub as other reviews were positive and the different options available for the type of bed we were planting.

I was surprised at how many plants were delivered and at first didn’t think they would all fit.
But I followed the guide provided and they have all fitted in very well and have continued to settle in.

I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow.

This is such a fantastic service, we aren’t gardeners, but with Henry’s brilliant garden design and the fab plan that even we couldn’t get wrong, not to mention my lovely trowel, we now have the most brilliant jungle raised bed, we love it.

Henry, Alex and the Dig team completely understood what I was looking for and nailed it. I used their bespoke service to design a small area of my garden that was previously just lawn. I was looking for something with colour through the year, not overstated, but with height to block the view of my cars on the drive and some grasses to catch the evening light and couldn't be happier. Easy to navigate website and ordering very straightforward. As these plants were for a business premises communication on possible delivery dates was very good. As the planters were all clear Henry kindly offered to plant them. Plants have been in for a few weeks now and are thriving.

I contacted Dig after reading about them in the weekend newspapers. Having wasted lots of money previously on poorly selected plants I knew Dig was the service for me. My initial enquiry was answered promptly and Henry was very friendly & happy to help. My order arrived within a few days, delivered by Henry, with lots of information & guidance as well as a very clear planting plan. Preparing the bed and planting everything out was straightforward using the plan & I'm absolutely delighted with the selection and number of plants chosen for me. I check on my new Cottage bed daily and can't wait to see it mature and blossom! Thank you Henry and all at Dig.

Couldn’t be more delighted with the products - our garden is now a jungle haven

Having just built a new house and with a lot of beds to fill, I felt majorly overwhelmed with the prospect of planting them up. Following a Mediterranean theme, Fabienne designed a total of 12 beds in all, carefully selecting the right plants for each area. Nothing was too much trouble during the design phase (many emails back and forth) and once happy she sourced all of the plants and trees (of which there were many) and the team came and planted them all up for me.
In a world where we've unfortunately come to expect mediocre customer service, these guys are excellent. They clearly love what they do and it shows in the end result. I can't recommend them highly enough.
