Scam Artists. Avoid!!!

I would rather give no star at all but not possible. They are frauds. They advertise a book I paid they send me some completely different text not even a book. I asked for refund on their email address dedicated for that and the email does not exist. So just lost my money to some frauds. I rather had to block my card so they cannot do more demage to me then already done. So please dont do the same mistake.

After I have clearly expressed in writing after less than 48h of signing the contract, i have lost confidence in them, and asked to not go ahead with the deal of offering advertising in golfing app, promising many golf clubs to be as members. That is not true! So i asked them to terminate the newly signed contract on these grounds of misleading me. I didnt pay!. Now, many months later they still emailing to "help" me to get out their contract. !!! Scammers!!!! And if you are not, then contact these other people whi are the scammers, or better change your brand, its danted!

They keep scamming my business email to advertise on the local golf course, I live next to one of the local golf course management team and they've NOTHING to do with this advertising company.
Total scam.

I replied to their junk emails 3 times asking questions, which they invited, and had no replies!
I think they just want money!!!

Tried to sell my business advertising on a golf app, for a golf course which has been closed for 5 years, and currently has sheep grazing on it.

They emailed a second time which had led me to leave this review, stating they had only 1 slot left, hahaha.

At last minute the golf team sorted me a round out on the East Coast of England, very professional and very happy with the course they suggested too.

Seamless experience from start to finish.

Vile scammers, if I could give you a 0 stars I would. these people are vultures, I signed a contract and thankfully didn’t give them my money, they said I couldn't cancel my contract after me not wanting to go through with it not even a day later, these people said I couldn’t leave be in breach of my contract but guess what guys…. You ain’t got a leg to stand on you don’t even have relationships with the golf clubs you advertise for and you are dealing with so many legal cases. so come at me take me to court, I dare you, guys if your like me and manage to sign the contract, don’t pay, CALL their bluff. Digi Media You and your staff are vile people

how you guys ain’t been arrested yet is beyond me, and to all the people I dealt with who’s names I cannot name as they reported this post because I used your first names.. you ain’t getting my money and you never will. 🤣

Edit they tried to take this post down 2 times already, 1st because I claimed that they made fake accounts to boost there reviews in which evidence suggests they’re doing that although as trust media says I cannot say they do, I can say it looks like they’re, and secondly they reposted me for using personal information in my review, on a first name basis, digi luxe media I can say this for a fact you are scammers.

Update 6th of may: again trying to take my new review down because they said I haven’t used their business, strange why I’d write such an informative review if we never spoke, we both have a “contract” written up.

I just wanted to tell you that my experience of working with Digi Luxe Media has been Superb.
The team books our tee time promptly, and I we never get any problems getting the tee times we require as long they are booked within the time frame of availability. My agents Robbie & Oli are only a email / text away if I need any advice or need to alter time or cancel my tee times without any penalties.
This is a no brainer you must work with them if your a company that plays golf and can use both their marketing and golf to help encourage customer growth.

Very prompt response always happy to help and most importantly communication is paramount

Our ads are looking great and golf bookings seem very straightforward. Just found out I can play a few different clubs locally which is a massive bonus for us.

Total scam beware, revieved email without proffesional footer, contained bad grammer as do many of their below Trustpilot responses made by the company.
Email offered advertising at my my local Golf and Country Club, who I already work closely with as they are a client. So quick phone call and none of the team had heard of Digi-Luxe Media Ltd - so steer clear and keep your hard earned money away from these scammers.

This is a scam!!! Please avoid like the plague!! The sold me a package for my local Golf club, When I rang the Golf club. They had never heard of them!!

I am receiving emails purporting to be from this company, marketing unspecified packages relating to golf clubs. However, they say they are looking for a 'hospital' as a sponsor yet we are clearly a company, they give no details or costing of what this proposed sponsorship entails. Lastly there is no professional email footer and the supposed Project Director is not on LinkedIn. Highly suspicious and I will be blocking them.

You requested a removal of my review, why? You may have unsubscribed me but my experience is still genuine. I emailed you to ask to be unsubscribed and you didn't until I left you bad feedback here. My feedback stands, if you're doing this to me you are doing it to others. I have replied to Trust Pilot with the evidence of all the emails.
Stop email spamming people to email addresses you found on the internet! You make the companies you work for look very unprofessional.
