The ease of getting the right product after the tech team diagnosed the problem with my DVR player.

Had a chat with their pre-sales people first of all so we could figure out which unit would be the best fit for me. Ordered and it arrived well packed the next day. Got it basically working but I was having problems with some of the POE IP cameras which were from the previous installation. Spoke to their technical support people who sorted it out for me; it's easy once you know how. Had one other question a few days later and again their helpful tech support people pointed me in the right direction. All in all, a brilliant service.

13/2/23, This company truly has one of best technical and help departments ever , my problem was caused by myself i might add but i called the guys and within 5 mins they had sorted it , honestly they are brilliant , cant not rate them enough.

I am a private home user with a small, 4 camera system + NVR set up, which I originally purchased in 2012. Last year I needed to replace the NVR and purchased a UNV brand which they remotely set up including the EZ View App. All of which works well for me.
However over the last couple of months I have had 2 weather related long lasting serious power outages and loss of internet. This has resulted in problems connecting to the remote app once restored. Twice Jake has been happy to assist and resolve my problems remotely. A fantastic and friendly support experience, every time, thank you Jake.

Excellent back-up and support from this company, above and beyond their duty.
I had a 3-camera CCTV system, supplied by DDS, installed by a local (Huntingdonshire) electrician at the start of lockdown in 2020. The equipment is excellent and gives good, clear images, however the configuration was not completed fully and I could not view the camera output when away from the premises, when it's most needed.
Nothing could be done during lockdown, but after repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the installing electrician I contacted DDS. Initially they referred me back to the contracted installer, but as I could still not get any kind of response Toria kindly offered to arrange a remote technical session with Edward, as DDS had supplied the equipment to the electrician. This session was done early and at my convenience. Edward did an excellent job of updating the camera software and fixing damage done to the NVR, and within an hour everything was working as it always should have done.
This kind of service is rare these days, and I suspect almost unheard-of in this sector if some other company reviews are anything to go by.
I strongly recommend DDS to anyone looking to purchase surveillance equipment as my experience with them has been completely faultless. Choose your installer carefully, however...
