The team was very helpful which made me have a great experience. Their dashboard is very user friendly. I have been getting lots of support and I'm starting not to feel overwhelmed learning SEO.

The introductory phone call / consult was most instructional and well presented.

Diib is a great company and provides valuable SEO software that I used for my website, QuikCamo.com. The user interface was easy to use and looks nice. I used their "Fully Managed Service" and I received quality SEO-optimized blog articles for hunting, authoritative backlinks, social media ad management, and website optimization consultation from John W. He was my growth expert and was very knowledgeable about all things related to website best practices, helped me get my domain authority up several points, and improved our keyword ranking on multiple pages. He was always friendly, helpful quick to reply to all my questions and requests. I would highly recommend using their services, or at a minimum their pro account to get intel so you can analyze and improve your website.

Great data and insight and the dashboard is just brilliant.

I wanted to try their 6-month offer but had many issues and support never answers...apart from that one time when I sent a request about our sitemap not being taken into account, and it has never been resolved.

Now I'm trying to cancel the subscription before a potential autorenewal and the corresponding page doesn't load...I can't find any way to completely delete the account either...

I used the tool for my website stoneheadbikesdotcom for audit and competitive research. The tool was accurate and helped me to rectify the issues with our Stoneheadbikes website .

My biggest mistake was giving them two chances and I got ripped off both times.
1 the first time consisted of over 20 unanswered emails, jobs not done etc …all being blamed on one individual. I signed up again this time paying $$650 a month. Few if any of the services were actually provided. The SEO work was crap- they had literally NO understanding or our market. 2. The backlinks they provided linked to their own site 3. My biggest complaint was their attempt at writing a “blog”. They took 3 months at $650 a month to write 3 blogs that I rejected because the writing level was that of a middle school student. There were sentence fragments, incoherent paragraphs and typos. It was a nightmare. Never Again. Also it is extremely difficult to cancel your account.

i pay for their pro service 2 days again but the system is so confused and i can't use the service! and I needed to work but for 2 days i emailed them 10 times in many different ways 1) on site, 2)one email then 3)another email..no f cares to listen. I even have email showing that i paid for service but when i go on site it keeps treating me like i am free user??! this is so crazy at this point plus no one is helping and on my 7th email, tom something doesn't even read my email properly!!! i had it ! this is too AI for me and stupid. I want my refund. next time take of customers stop the gaslighting.

I had the pleasure of working with Andres as our account manager for Diib. He helped us with SEO content, and I must say, he went above and beyond our expectations. I have been with Diib for quite some time now and I can't stress how happy I have been with the level of services I have received. The things that I really enjoying working with Diib and especially with Savannah, the SEO expert they have assigned me over the project are that you are dealing with a group of professionals while they are super friendly and readily make themselves available should you need to talk to them over a video call. This fast response communication really makes a difference when you don't have to go through layers after layers of automated Q and A to finally be able to speak to a real person

Great easy and can't wait to get the service

I got so much value from this 15minute call. John was excellent- he quickly established what I needed and then spent the rest of the time giving me real practical advice and follow up steps that I can take to reach my goals. After the call he followed up as promised with a link to book a more in depth call when I'm ready. I am getting so much out of my Diib Pro Membership - so pleased I joined up

I had nothing but an excellent experience with Diib. Brandon went way out of his way to accommodate me and my questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and I think I leaned on him more than probably the average customer. We are very happy what they produced for us and we now rank much higher than before in several areas. Our business is hard to track sales, downloads, streaming. But our revenue went up and I think its because of Brandon's wonderful team at Diib!

This would've been a two-star review but due to how difficult it is to actually cancel your subscription (it's like the bad old days of the internet) it's a one-star.

Here's my experience of Diib (I wish I'd paid attention to all the bad reviews):

The onboarding for the Pro membership was very professional. I spoke to someone about my website needs - I've got a niche website that's making good money for a one-man job, and I didn't have the time to properly sort out regular SEO stuff, or regular blog posts, so I went for a fully managed plan.
I then had a meeting with Savannah (who I appreciate is between a rock and hard place here because all she can do is request the deliverables), where I again explained what I needed, in detail.

The service is supposed to optimise my page, write a couple of blog posts a month, and provide me with backlinks. This service is insanely overpriced compared to quality of provision. I had assumed that by paying this much, I would get a much better product than I could source myself on Fiverr (for example), but that sadly wasn't the case.

Some blog posts were produced that were completely factually incorrect, and needed rewriting. It would literally have damaged my business if I had posted them. Diib also installed a new plugin to my website that broke the image serving for an evening, meaning I had to ask my hosting company to correct it (it's still causing problems with one of my website menus). More blog posts were then produced that were unusable as well.

The backlinks I have got are DA 10, 20, 30, and aren't very well written, so again, I can source this from Fiverr for considerably less.

The on-page SEO optimisations were completely out of context for natural writing, so just looked daft, and the Metadescription edits were so generic I wouldn't use them. "Shop here now!" sort of thing.

In total, I have got one blog post that I may be able to use if I spend an hour or so rewriting it, and maybe ten or fifteen low DA backlinks, for about £2000. If you have lots of money and you are fed up of having lots of money, give Diib a go.
