What stood apart is the effort & follow up being done so that a customer who has bough the subscription is able to make full use of the platform .
The platform in itself is simple easy to understand & use & has as much detail into ech topic as you want to learn

Spammers. Well I have just checked and once submitted my website and email they started sending spam to whole company emails. Come on guys really 10+ emails to all in a single day?

As a Pro member I have found it hard to get what I paid for and expected. Also they have tried to charge my card with extra money which I never authorised but was declined by my card issuer, I had blocked them as I expected this sort of dishonest behaviour. Whilst they make the claim "you can cancel any time" no such link or facility exists on their website, a bit like Hotel California ("You can check out any time you like But you can never leave"! Seriously avoid this company and only use a debit card you can lock out to prevent additional charges.

The growth expert service has brought us an incredible amount of value. George really knows his stuff and is great teacher. Its refreshing to have found a reputable company in an industry where so many people will take your money yet deliver so little.

I highly recommend giving diib a try!

I was having some SEO issue on my site and i signup for a diib pro plan, which is my greatest mistake. Because what i got is all automated emails, no one to talk. Bad customer support. It is just a waste of time.
I have sent many emails but not a single reply.
DON'T WASTE YOU TIME HERE.

Stay away from it.
Tried to stop several times the subscription. It did not helped me further.
I'm so fed up, normally I never write bad-reviews. But I don't know how but they managed to let me pay double and never answered to it.

Seems that Diib is an intuitive and easy to use tool.

Useless website. Inaccurate data. Tried to add Google Analytics and it continue to refuse connection with Google, asking to make a payment for "professional" installation when I already have an Analytics account. Just another scam website with empty promises for success. Stay away from these cowboys!

Honestly, I thought I had found a great company to deal with until I found a better competitor out there. I went to cancel my account using their option in the menu and it locked out my ability to do that. I reach out to support 3 separate times and never heard back from support over a two week period. Now, I am a PRO subscriber which means I am supposed to get priority support with LIVE chat. Is this what a PRO customer is supposed to get? Completely ignored? I threatened them with charge back action if they didn't respond and guess what? Still no response so I followed through.

They provide great products and services in the field!

No one seems capable of responding to support requests at diib. Zoom meetings are offered .... but no-one turns up.
Think of the worst experience you've ever had with a call centre based in the Philippines and prepared to be amazed by how much worse your experience with diib will be.
Loads of Hype and Promises - Very little in return

So far so good...!!
