I regreted it almost immediately and sent an email for a refund. This was almost 40 days ago. Sent various emails for various of their emails and got zero response. Nonetheless they tried to take the monthly subscriptiom after the 30 days.
Very scummy company.
Edit 30/10/2026: Its so typical from companies like this to try and put the blame on you and say they care so much about their costumers. I don't need a computer degree to send an email and one of those emails was sent directly from the app... there is just no way they did not see it, and even if they didn't, they should fix their email servers, a lot of costumers experiencing issues with getting refunds...

I like this because first of all it's free. But at the end of the questions they give you a description of yourself based on the answers you gave. As some of them I felt proud of in my answers. Some of them I felt ashamed of because I know that I do possess those fault y qualities that I would like to change about myself. It's fun and it's harmless. That's a good way to admit your own negative characteristic traits. The ones we don't like to admit to other people.

Difficult to Cancel - No Refunds!
There is no place to cancel the subscription through the website. I emailed and called for two months with no success at getting the subscription canceled. When I finally received a reply, I was told that they don’t refund subscriptions that have already been charged even though I’d been trying to cancel the entire time. I was offered a credit towards additional subscriptions and eventually 50% of ONE of the charges as “a show of goodwill”. DO NOT TRY DILEMMO OR ANYTHING MADE HY THIS COMPANY.
Edit: While the team did respond to my email promptly on 10/23, I received no reply from my email on 10/4, nor any response from my phone call to their AI system on on 10/12 which has no option to speak to a human and can only provide generic responses. I do appreciate the refund of the October charges, but it is unfortunate that I had to leave a poor review to get a favorable outcome. I am not someone that leaves a bunch of negative reviews - I usually keep them to positive reviews only and ignore the negative experiences, but people deserve to know how difficult it is to cancel this subscription before making a mistake that is more expensive than a Disney/Hulu subscription.
Edit 2: 1 week has passed since the promise of a refund - no refund has been issued or pending yet.

We'd like to clarify a few points. When you contacted us on October 23, our support team responded within three minutes and immediately canceled your subscription to prevent any future charges.
While subscription renewals are generally not eligible for refunds under our policy, we initially offered alternative solutions, including a partial refund, as a gesture of goodwill.
After reviewing your concerns further, we made an additional goodwill exception and offered a more favorable resolution than initially proposed. We've communicated this to you privately and are currently awaiting your confirmation.
We understand your disappointment with the cancellation process and appreciate your feedback, but we want to reassure you that our team has been responsive and has made genuine efforts to resolve your concerns.

Did not follow the trial subscription rules
Tried the trial subscription canceled during the trial window. They kept trying to charge me repeatedly! Tried to charge me $59.99 multiple times had to fight to get them to stop.

We're surprised to see this review, as our records tell a different story from what you've described.
Your subscription did not begin with a free trial. You originally purchased a discounted introductory 3-month subscription, which remained active because it wasn't canceled before the renewal date.
The $59.99 payment attempts were related to that subscription's renewal, not unauthorized charges. Since the payment was unsuccessful, the invoice remained outstanding while your subscription was in its grace period.
When you contacted our support team, we responded promptly, canceled your subscription, and also canceled the outstanding invoice. This means you no longer need to pay the $59.99 renewal amount, and there will be no further payment attempts for this subscription.
We understand that unexpected renewal attempts can be frustrating, but the claim that we ignored a trial cancellation or repeatedly charged you despite canceling is not supported by our records.
We're glad we were able to resolve the situation quickly when you reached out, and we hope this clarification helps explain what actually happened.

This app is expensive, but it offers an interesting experience. Just be sure to cancel your subscription, as refunds are not available unless you can afford $70 every 2 months.

Who are you, really? You may be surprised to find out....
This is the first test I've ever taken where the answers are not clearly right or wrong. Each set of questions is geared towards one particular trait. Each scenario feels like a plausible real world event thats universal to mankind. You can see yourself in the story, and, just as it is in real life, the scenarios are not simply cut and dry. We all say out loud what kind of person we are, what we stand for, what we believe.....Dilemmo puts those morals through the refining fire by creating situations that may cost you in order to maintain your ideals, your character. It's easy to say that i wouldn't do this or that in a situation, but have I really considered what that decision could cost me, and how far am I willing to go to be the person I say I am? I've learned so much about myself from this app. After each scenario, the app gives you a breakdown of the type of person you truly are inside, and it's scary accurate. I'm just a few minutes each day, you can gain invaluable knowledge into who you are when you're around other people, and who you are when nobody's looking, and how close or far apart those two people are. If you're serious about wanting to know more about yourself, this app is second to none. It will be on my phone for the foreseeable future.

Will Charge your card after months
I have been charged $59.99 out of the blue , I used their service months ago and then cancelled the subscription . Don't recall any interaction in the last month and turns out now I have a subscription from Oct-Jan ... This is nothing short of theft. I have left an email with their support let see how they process this. Seems like a business model , to charge people after few months in hopes they don't cancel or recall ...

Gets you thinking on a deeper level
I started these daily dilemmas application for about a week and find them interesting. The stories can certainly happen in real life. I like it being interactive and so far the summaries of my answers are pretty spot on.
