This company is a complete fraud and rip off scam. They show something gorgeous, ship something that looks literally NOTHING like what they sell. I am working with my credit card company now to see if (based on their history of deception) have the credit card company no longer accept their business as a supplier. I hope it saves other customers from being stolen from.

I ordered a beautifully pictured Farmhouse Valentine's Day Wreath from this vendor. I received a small, cheaply made, plastic wreath that looked like it came from the Dollar Tree of the Goodwill! It's a joke. My total payment with tax and shipping was $46.77. When I contacted them, they apologized for my disappointment, and offered me $3 USD in "good faith", which I refused. They then offered $6 and $9 USD as a good faith refund.

Don’t buy items from that business! I bought beautiful rustic heart wreath for $35 included shipping & handling. The item came out cheaper and fake!! And size is small than usual from online! It was in bag; not in cardboard box! Definitely not look same from online! It’s SCAM!!! Asked them to return item back and refund. They won’t do it and decided to give me the compensation for $3.00. I’m keeping back and forth to negotiate the cost from $3 to $9. That’s real joke! I should check their reviews and comments before I ordered it! 😣

I would rate dinasreuh below a 1. I ordered toys for my granddaughter and it’s now 3 months later. I’ve emailed numerous times and get told it’s on its way. Last email they said they would send again.

I purchased a Peter Thomas Roth eye tightener and received a completely different product. Some Asian eye cream. I contacted them several times and they were gaslighting me, stating that the product I received was correct! These people are absolute criminals! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

The item i ordered was nowhere near what I was expecting. The photos are very deceiving. Total rip off. I certainly will never order from them again. Luckily I paid with PayPal so hoping they will be able to help.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM: Do not buy from this company as they do not send you the correct product advertisement on Instrgram. They will not refund and not willing to taking accountability that they didn't send the correct items that was advertised and ordered. SCAM

I ordered the new Peter Thomas Roth instant eye tightener easy wear formula. I received some eye cream made in China. What a scam! And it took over 3 weeks to be delivered, supposedly from Belgium. And the tracking provided was ridiculous.

This a scam website. I ordered a product and the wrong product came. I notified them and sent proof that they sent the wrong product and asked them for a refund or to sent the proper product and they completely denied it. It looks like they charged me twice. I will be contacting authorities and creating a file. They are completely Fraudulent!

I placed an order on June 4, 2025. It is now August 2, 2025 and I have received nothing. I have contacted them several times and the last correspondence I had with them, they sent me a different tracking number that is invalid. This place is 100% a scam. They also charged $15.00 for shipping when the offer stated it was free shipping. Total Charge to my Paypay was almost $50! I have disputed the charge.

I ordered a Laura Geller kit. It took a month or more and from Portugal. I ordered light. It is clearly fake. No name on it. The brush is crap. The colors are for an African American person especially the pink blush that is brown. What a waste of money. Lesson learned. As soon as I felt the brush I knew. And no name anywhere in the kit. The instructions have grammar errors. I would give it a zero. The tracking was a joke too…. Never moved in 3 weeks!!! Beware. It was from Facebook too.

A total scam..bought and payed for Laura Geller Starter Kit..a month later received Multipurpose kit with no brand name..they promise to refund the money but you have got to return the kit to an address in CHINA at a non refundable cost of £22 tracked...before they will refund your money.yet they claim to be an American Company.....its a total scam...BEWARE...

They advertised maybelline colossal bubble mascara which was sold out everywhere at the time so I ordered and waited a month and when It came it’s not what I ordered. It’s some brand called phoera volume mascara and it’s a watery mess. I paid more for it than it is in stores bc I wanted a tube and it’s not even what I ordered. Tried to reach them to send it back and can’t speak to an actual person. Be aware and do NOT order from these scammers !

The delivery took 2 month!! And now that I finally received the Supreme-créme, it's a total disappointment - does not at all work as described - does absolutely nothing for the skintone

This company, which is in no way a legit company, is nothing but scammers. I ordered a product 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. Every response I receive is just a copy & paste statement full of lies. The tracking number they gave no longer even has any information associated with it. Don't send them a penny! They are thieves!!!!!

Still waiting on product-over 1 month.
Just walk on by- don't bother to purchase anything.

I would never buy anything from them again. It took over 8 weeks to arrive and they sent me the wrong shade. They wouldn’t give me a refund. The worst company I have ever purchased from.

Product not as discribed. Colour almost white, brush half the size of the advertise. Product size much smaller than shown on video. Do not buy in this shop. It is fraud

*Order arrived after initial review. So, as well as the long delivery time, the product is not as expected. Ordered medium colour and it looks chalky white on my legs. I have fair skin but this is far too light
*Order not received. Several emails later they are saying refund cannot be issued as order has been sent. Tracking link provided does not link to my order.
