Order placed February 17 and still haven’t received product after many inquiries to customer service. It’s a scam!!

Absolutely a scam. Ordered a belt for my husband and it never came. When I reached out they claimed it was delivered to our mailbox. We have a mailbox cluster. I informed them it wasnt then they said it was delivered to my door and how I should check my camera. Again, another lie.

The product advertised was a lovely elegant heart wreath. I ordered 2 for my daughter and one for me. When they arrived they are cheap and nothing like the photo. They came back and did not acknowledge the difference in quality and offered a small US $ refund. Unacceptable and fraudulent advertising. Buyer beware, in fact do not buy from them.

Thought I was getting a big pretty Valentines Wreath……got the Temu version instead. Not like image shown and took forever!

My order took a month to get here and looks nothing like what I ordered. I wish this would allow for photos. What a waste of money and time. I will be disputing my charges if they don’t issue a full refund

Ordered a Valentine's Day wreath! It came today 2/12 after waiting over a month. What I received doesn't even come close to what I saw online! Beware, they send JUNK!

SCAM. Never got my product and they want more money to resend. Fraudulent. Buyer beware!

After a month, I finally received the product, but the re-chargeable batteries were dead and not able to recharge. Asked them to send new batteries, but they only offered a $6 refund. That's not nearly enough to buy replacement batteries. Buyer's beware!

They scam you, first they over charge and when you ask for a refund they refuse! They claim they sent you the item and it was returned but refuse to resend unless you pay additional charges! They should not be allowed to sell anything!

I wish I could rate Upliftjoys with negative stars. I ordered wireless HDMI adaptors. They arrived made out of the cheapest plastic possible and were completely empty inside––just a plastic shell with a faux cord attached to the shell and not connected to anything on the inside (because there wasn't anything). Complete scam. Do not use Upliftjoys website or order any of their products.

I truly wish I would’ve seen these reviews prior to my purchase. I ordered Christmas cards that were said to arrive a week prior to Christmas. I had no idea that the shipment would be coming from China and arrive a week after Christmas. When I asked for a simple return request, I am of course met with Complete Idiocracy. At this point, they’ve offered a two dollar return on the $34 order of cards. This is a terrible scam company please watch out.

I ordered the HDMI game council adapter and it's been a couple of months now and I still don't have it the last tracking I have stops as of November 28 and they won't return my email so this is definitely a scam

Ordered "iShare iOS Wireless HDMI Display Adapter" on Nov 4, received Dec 19. Return address is from Gichael Lichael in Gardena CA but it originated in China. TOTAL SCAM! The two components are made from the cheapest plastic, and cords inside are connected to NOTHING…they are frayed! (Wish I could attach photo.) Reporting to credit card immediately.

This company sucks!!!! Product definitely not what it appears- totally AI don’t buy!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM UPLIFTJOYS!!! Totally SCAM company. Ordered a Christmas themed Cards Against Humanity game and it was fake!!! Taylor Swift lyrics on some cards, other cards were questions like "what's your fondest memory" or "what was your favorite _____". Company offered $2 compensation. Game cost about $25. They said they needed more info on my sale for proof so I sent them 4 photos... order confirmation, receipts, photo of received product. Then they offered $4. Lol! Scammers!!

Can I offer negative feedback, I.e. -10 points? I saw their ad and purchased a bulb WiFi camera. Sadly, it only worked the first day and went dark. This is a fraudulent advertisement and business! BEWARE! Buyers Remorse! FRAUD!!!!!

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a jacket that looked NOTHING like the picture on their website. I asked for a refund and was given a few dollars due to the expense of shipping back to CHINA.

Do NOT buy from this company. After months I received the product I ordered. It was a jacket/blazer. The size chart is all wrong. Jacket was weirdly long with sleeves that hung to my fingers and could not have closed around the front of me. You cant roll up the sleeves because the fabric is so terrible on the underneath side. Absolutely no stretch. The fabric feels like (those old christmas tree skirts that have glitter on them). This thing could not be uglier.
I wrote saying I'd like to return the garments and explained why. I had to send photos. Then the offered me 4 dollars later increasing to 6 dollars. I wish I could find the original ad to post a warning, but I can't.

Worst company ever

It took months to get my item. It was a jacket and looks nothing like the video. It is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen and it’s pieced together as if sewn by a toddler. I wouldn’t even wear this for Halloween. The material is horrible. It is just absolutely the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m not even gonna try to return it. I know it’ll just enrage me more. This is the first time I’ve been duped with online orders and I will be more careful next time.
