Really good service and communication from day one to delivery

From Design to installation, Diomet team provided excellent correspondance and help, they worked with us , and gave us different quotations for several designs, we finally settled on 4x 3.5m balcony.
Every step they assisted and provided an outstanding service.
This company delivered us a balcony in kit form which we built over 5 days. The instructions were easy to follow and anyone with basic knowledge could easily install a balcony.

I contacted a few companies online because I had a problem with the handrail on my spiral staircase. Dio met were the only ones who took an interest in the job . Rob was very helpful discussing the problem and trying to find an economical solution which we did ,and his colleague Oliver came and sorted it for me . He was punctual and sorted the problem efficiently and with no mess I would definitely recommend this company.

They designed and made a walk out balcony. It was not standard shape but they managed to provide what we requested. They answered emails and queries promptly and were very helpful. Fitters were great. Just waiting for warm weather to use it!

Good communication both pre and post purchase. Well packaged with next day delivery. Clothes Line Post was not cheap but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Post is very heavy duty and looks like it will last decades. It’s also well finished and looks really upmarket.

We visited Dio-Met in Sheffield because they are a local company. Explained what we wanted , about 9 meters of glass balustrade.
Were given a guide price that was less than other quotes.
We were then given a detailed set of drawings and fixed price.
The drawings were very detailed.
Delivery was 5/6 weeks and the delivery driver was very helpful.
We’ve now fitted the balustrade and are delighted with how easy it was to fit and how good it looks.
We would recommend anyone thinking about glass balustrade to contact Dio-Met, it may not cost as much as you think.

I recently had need to find an invoice from a well cover that I purchased in 2021 and Rob was more than happy to oblige despite the long time lag. Great service above and beyond the initial supply which I recall was also very good

Really great company to deal with. Was looked after by Rob and Adam who always came back to emails quickly. They came out and measured up and followed up a very competitive quote for a 7 metre balustrade glass panels in the garden, promised it would be about 6 weeks from order to installation. Dio-Met has just fitted a handrail to the side of my curved driveway.
They had to make the curve to fit a nonstandard shape.
The result is brilliant.

Excellent support from Sarah Jackson in relation to getting a long pole collected by DX to be returned to Dio-Met. Product looked great but did not fit in the allocated space. Friendly approach and very helpful.

We searched on line for a company who would be prepared to travel to the Lake District to supply two stainless steel handrails for a Spa building erected in our garden.
At first I was reticent to add handrails to a Lakeland stone construction. fearing they may ‘cheapen’ the overall beauty of the new building,
I really had no choice as building regulators could not be signed off without the handrails.
We decided to get the stairs measured up by Dio-Met and the surveyor was very helpful and friendly giving advice on how to errct the rails when they arrived.
The handrails arrived exactly on time and fitted perfectly.
I have to say my scepticism was unfounded the rails are of a very high quality and improve the sense of quality.
Financially Dio-Met were slightly cheaper than another quote we had but having dealt with Rob on a few queries I had would have paid much more for the help and service he provided.

Living in the Isle of Man getting hold of glass is difficult but Dio-met said yes to my order of 4 glass shelves (toughened). They arrived in due course extremely well packed and I am delighted with them.

We ordered a washing line pole and ground post
Bit of a false start with the ground post not arriving and the pole being chipped but Dio-Met did everything they possibly could and had delivered a new pole and post within 24 hours.

I had nothing short of excellent personal service; From placing my order on 01/11/2024 to the delivery of same on 07/11/2024 It arrived well wrapped and packaged by a pleasant and thoughtful driver. The standard security bars were not suitable for my shed, so I dsicussed with Dio-Met and they agreed to make bespoke ones to suit. They are fitted, very robust and work perfectly - very pleased!
