THIS company is a scam and already very disappointed!! i mean why on earth send a email says dispatched without a tracking number ?! who does that very unprofessional company i cannot even find my tracking number on my account on the website as well i sent multiple emails NOT answering ! I WANT MY FULL REFUND no wonder why people giving bad feedback and reviews to this company very gutted

I ordered The Scent by Boss s perfume I have been wearing for a few years
I ordered from Temu as I saw it for £22 less than what I usually buy from Department store , on receiving it I opened the box had a spray it did not smell like original plus slightly darker in colour !
I’m very disappointed to say the least
Waste of money lesson learnt if it sounds to good to be true it usually is

Terrible service. I ordered a fragrance through Cosmetify and it was apparently lost in transit. They offered me a refund or a replacement, which I asked for. They said it would be sent out with priority delivery. I then received a refund instead! When I followed up and asked where my replacement was they said they had refunded me instead, against what I had requested. When I questioned that decision they closed the ticket instead of responding.

Very quick shipping, unfortunately the box arrived squashed ( from the delivery service) contacted Direct Beauty as I was unhappy, they have responded very quickly and sorted out the issue. Since then had few more orders with them and had the same quick shipping no issues at all, very happy as they have great prices

Item arrived and it appeared that had been opened- the solution smelt out of date and therefore I sent it back. I have sent numerous emails alongside proof of delivery by Royal Mail that the item has been delivered back to direct beauty yet they are saying they have not recieved it. They are offering a partial refund despite the item has been returned! Awful customer service and withholding refunds! Do not use !

I had a fabulous experience. The Clarins toner I bought was very reasonable and arrived very quickly in perfect condition. I’d highly recommend.

Wrong product sent which they denied in the instance until I Sent a photo. I returned it unopened and unused. They then asked for proof of posting which i sent. They then refused to refund or replace.
Because of the prevarication in responses i believe they never intended to refund.

Scammer - avoid!
Purchased an item from Tesco Marketplace from DV Supplies Ltd t/a Direct Beauty. The item was never marked as dispatched and never arrived.
Multiple emails sent querying the order with not a single one replied to.
I can only hope Tesco will refund me and hopefully kick this scammer off their marketplace.

Received claims olea serum. Opened box to see product but immediately on looking at it realised it was no good for me. Fully aware of cosmetics not being accepted if opened I did not at any time open it. However refund denied as they maintain it was used. Photos show box it was returned in but not the bottle ! If it had been used it then they must have delivered it in this condition to me.
Very disappointed with this company. Poor communication and making statements as to it been used a blatant lie. I know the truth. Just wondering if this is a scam , and they then resell product , I don't suppose I'll ever know. Just hope they return product to myself.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service I have received from this company has been diabolical.
I placed an order around four weeks ago which Evri marked as delivered, even though it was not. I emailed the company and they responded saying there was nothing they could do until Evri resolved the issue on their end. I then spent weeks trying to contact Evri. When I finally received a response, they said they would liaise with the retailer to explain the situation and suggested that I also contact them again.
I followed this advice and emailed the retailer, attaching a copy of the email from Evri for reference. Despite this, they still stated that they could not provide a refund for the item.
This was an order of nearly £60 that was meant to be a gift. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from this company if you expect to actually receive the items you pay for.

A disgrace of a company. Ordered 3 fragrances,they were dispatched and supposedly delivered. Unfortunately to the wrong address. After receiving no help from direct beauty,I had to sort all this out with Evri. Having garnered the proof required to facilitate a refund,direct beauty have denied the refund. Pathetic service, Pathetic customer service.

Lovely perfume with a beautiful, long-lasting scent. Exactly as described and the delivery was super fast. Very happy with my purchase!

Still haven’t got my order. Told I’m getting a refund or asked if I’d be like to sent out another for the second time. Not good enough..

Bought some men's aftershave from them. It never arrived and they gave me the run around saying it was delivered refusing refund then said it was missing offering me refund and then went back to saying it had been delivered and signed for this. They lied about the the package being signed for and delivered. When I had all the proof staring them in the face from delivery company and Amazon. Yet they doubled down on this so I have had to go through Amazon AZ customer service and wait for a refund via submitting evidence. Obviously Amazon ruled in my favour once they saw the evidence but I would avoid this company as they have done this before with perfume it seems and it is breaking the law to falsely claim a package has been delivered when it has not. Next is the report now ✌️

I was delighted to find a rare aftershave for my husband on the Direct Beauty site. After placing my order I received confirmation from their designated courier company Evri that the order had been dispatched and was on its way. I then received another message from Evri saying my order had been delayed and would be dispatched as soon as possible. After a couple of days I still hadn't received the parcel. I contacted Direct Beauty via their website and also left a voice mail message on the mobile number listed on the company site. Within an hour I received an email message from the company's Business Manger Jay Halai who emphasised his concern that my order had not been sent and he would be investigating. I was kept in the loop as the investigation continued which eventually confirmed that Evri had located my package that was damaged and the contents were missing. Jay Halai immediately arranged a replacement which I have now received. I wish I could award Jay five stars as well for his amazing professionalism dealing with this problem. He is certainly a credit to the Direct Beauty company.

Great experience using this website have made numerous purchases from this site. Would highly recommend.

Ordered 3 more fragrances after ordering 7 last month and exact same outcome as last time fast delivery all correct and legit fragrances conna ask for anymore.
