Great company. Easy to order etc. Had a problem with 1 item. Not a problem for them dealt with it in an efficient manner. 1st used Direct Beauty last Xmas for pressies &will use again this year. Direct Beautiful are a beautiful Co. to deal with. Keep up the good work guys. You’re all great !

I was wary at first as I haven't used this company before but was confident after reading positive reviews. I ordered a perfume that was an excellent price. It arrived very quickly and is a genuine product. I am very impressed and will use the site again as their prices and service are excellent.

I found this website whilst searching for a present for my son to give to his mum, they had the perfect product at a great price. Having never heard of them before I did a bit of research and everything seemed fine, site says dispatch within 24 hours and seems to be backed up by reviews.
I placed an order, and received dispatch email later that day, but the email did not contain a tracking number, so I reached out for it to be sent to me, I received a reply shortly after saying the order had not been dispatched yet, so I figured maybe it would be that night/the next morning. 3 days later and I still hadn't heard anything, so emailed for an update, less than an hour later I received an email apologising for the delay, informing me that the item I'd ordered was damaged and they had just received another to send to me (these things happen, and I was more than grateful they didn't just send me a battered box), and they even upgraded the shipping from Tracked48 to Tracked24.
The customer service I received was amazing, and will definitely be the reason I buy from them again.

I ordered a Oscar de la Renta perfume as a gift for my wife as I know it's her favourite and on a recent trip to Australia none of the Duty free shops in Perth, Doha and Heathrow stock Oscar de la Renta products anymore. It was so easy to order on line from Direct Beauty at a reasonable cost and was delivered safely and promptly. My wife was so pleased! Thankyou.

I ordered some perfume spray for a very sick friend. After a week I hadn’t heard from my friend that she hadn’t received it. I sent an email to the company and they investigated. It had been delivered and the carer had put it in a cupboard (I don’t know why!) I can’t fault the company, they corresponded with me until it was sorted ou. I will definitely use Direct Beauty again.

I needed an eyebrow pencil that was suitable for blondes as my existing one is too dark. Google search for blonde eyebrow pencil led me to this site. What a great find!! The Max Factor branded product was perfect for my colouring, was heavily discounted and with the benefit of free postage. Perfect. Delivery was swift and I am delighted with the product. I will be ordering more from this company and have already recommended it to a friend.

I ordered for the first time from this site, although I had seen a few negative reviews, I decided to go with my intuition. The delivery took 6 days. After 5 days of placing the order, I wrote to them directly and asked why it was taking that long with the delivery, I asked for a tracking number. They responded quickly, within a few hours, they gave me the tracking number, they spoke very politely, they apologized, it was a nice and respectful attitude on their part. I received the perfume, it is gorgeous. And for new customers who read reviews, even if there are a few negative ones, pay attention to the other satisfied and real customers that they wrote. I placed an order on the 22rd of December with this company where now on the 6Th January the emails they send you are hilarious they DO NOT SEND TRACKING DETAILS I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO FRAUD TEAM PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

I ordered perfume and got an email to confirm dispatch and Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. 10 days later I haven’t received it and Direct Beauty keep telling me they are investigating it. I have asked for the Royal Mail tracking number 4 times now and I get a reply to my email but they will not give me the tracking - rather suspicious! I understand it’s over the holiday period so there may be a delay with deliveries but a tracking number would be helpful.
I will update review if I receive delivery or tracking.
Update - order arrived 04/01 and is exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately not the pre- Christmas delivery that was advertised when I ordered but at least it arrived. They then offered a partial refund which I suppose helps but I would have preferred the order with no delay as it was supposed to be a Christmas present.
Since then I get emails daily from a staff members personal email address asking me to amend my review. 1, unusual that staff would contact me on a personal email address. 2, they should not be pestering me to change a review.
At least I can confirm it is a legit company as the order was received in good condition but in future I’d stick to a better known retailer to save the hassle.

I ordered over £150 of perfume. 2 days later it was delivered. All genuine products.
On this experience I cannot recommend them enough. Will use Direct Beauty again without a thought.
